Stimulus voi-direction with heat dissipation. The invention relates to a further design from the Heizvorrielitung'nach patent claim of the main patent. It has been found that by using the thermal engineering phenomena on which the main patent is based, completely new heating devices can be created that can be used in all industries.
In the drawing, several Ausfüh approximately examples of Heizvorriehtungen, in particular special for cooking purposes, illustrated. FIGS. 1 and 2 show a universal kitchen oven suitable for various heating means in longitudinal section and top view, FIGS. 8 and 4 show a kitchen oven with a relatively large and relatively small heating surface Space requirements, especially for restoration trolleys,
in a longitudinal section and cross section along line IV-IV of FIGS. 3. In FIGS. 5 and 6 there are two different heating devices shown in each a top view.
FIGS. 7 and 8 show a further exemplary embodiment of the heating device in a longitudinal section and a cross-section along line VIII-VIII in FIG. 7 Heating device according to FIGS. 1 and 2, x represents the heat-conducting block consisting, for example, of a metal plate, through which a pressure and gas-tight closed duct system passes.
A heat transfer medium is filled once and for all in the duct system which is in the state of saturated steam under pressure between the temperature limits within which the absorbed heat is to be made usable. 101 is the heat-absorbing and 102 is the heat-emitting surface of the block. The block. x is used in a stove assembly 103 made of heat-insulating building material. An attachment 105 is arranged over part of the heat-emitting surface 102, the cavity of which 106 forms a roasting tube.
In the area of the roasting tube 106, the plate x has a widened, heat-emitting surface (FIG. 2). This is achieved because the block x at this point lateral approaches 108 is provided. The latter show that the block consists of two sub-blocks that are different in width and length.
On the underside of the block there are more light sources of heat that work with different heating means. In the illustrated embodiment, these heat sources consist of a furnace 110 for solid fuels, a gas furnace 111 and an electrical heating device 11 2 . < / B> Of the firing system for solid fuels, 110 represents the boiler room with the flame conduction duct 114 connected to it, 113 is the grate, 115 is the coal cover -door,
116 the ash woman and 117 the door leading to the ash room. At the end of the flame conduction channel 114, the exhaust opening 118 for the flue gases can be seen. The gas burner 111 consists of a ring or a grate of pipes which are provided with gas flame holes 120. 121 is the gas supply pipe to which a Sehlauich 12-2 can be connected.
The gas furnace is removably arranged in the furnace 110 of the furnace for solid fuels and does not require any special accommodation space for its installation in the heating device. Of course, the gas furnace can also be arranged either permanently or interchangeably in a special space of the stove 103 located under the heat-absorbing surface 101 of the block .v.
The electrical heating device 112 consists of an electrical resistance heater, o ", which is either fixed or replaceable in a space 125 located under the heat-absorbing surface 101 .
The room 125 is provided on one end of the block and is separated from the rooms 110 by a heat-insulating wall 126 of the stove structure 103 114, the remaining heat sources. 127 is a plug contact for connecting the heater 112 to the electrical love or power line # On the heat-emitting surface 102 de., -;

that the heat-emitting surfaces 141, 142 can be used to set up the objects to be heated and the surfaces 147, 148 can be used to heat the room 140. Due to the egg-shaped arrangement of partial blocks a heating device is created that has the largest heat-emitting area with the smallest space requirement.
Heating devices of the above type are particularly new wherever there is only little space available for installation, such as in restaurant trolleys and the like. To reduce the space requirement respectively. for the purpose of enlarging the heating surface, three or more sub-blocks can also be arranged in layers one above the other.
Despite the fact that only individual sub-blocks are heated by the furnace, the thermal engineering phenomena on which the main patent is based ensure a uniform operating temperature of all sub-blocks, including those that are not in contact with the celebration. The heating device can also be designed as a universal kitchen oven with several heat sources.
In the example according to FIG. 5, the block x runs at an angle in the heating device. It consists of an angled plate through which a closed channel system for the heat transfer medium passes .
One leg of the block has projections 150 which reveal a partial block, one surface of which represents a locally enlarged, heat-emitting surface of the entire block, for example for a baking and roasting tube. 151 is the earthenware structure made of heat-insulating building material, in which the block is embedded in such a way that its entire heat-emitting surface can be used to set up objects (tableware, etc.).
Heating supply lines of the above type ensure, when set up in a corner of a kitchen room O., little space is required, as well as simple handling and great clarity "since the cooking manipulations with the cookware and the regulation of the heating surface from a single point A can be carried out.
In the heating device according to FIG. 6, the block runs. x in an open ring shape. One end of the block ring forms a partial block Lin & has lateral extensions 152, which form a locally enlarged square heating surface, 7. B. for a bakery and roasting tube. 153 < / B> is the stove structure consisting of heat-insulating material in which the block x is embedded, leaving its heat-emitting surface free.
The present heating device has, with a small footprint, a large heat-emitting area which can be evenly surveyed 2n C from the center point B of the circular ring. A person at point B can easily manipulate the cooking utensils and regulate the heating surface.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the heating device has a standing plate block, on which part arranged on a tiered basis one above the other - blö, P, 1, -e 154 are attached.
The standing sub-block and the tiered sub-blocks arranged one above the other may differ from the shape shown. - \ - a-ch in FIGS. 7 and 8 is the partial block 153 with a cavity 155 equipped and consists of a hollow standing cylinder, the walls of which are penetrated by longitudinal channels, which - above and below by annular 1, # '- are connected to each other.
The partial blocks 15, 4 are annular in design and run around the hollow cylinder 153, they have annular channels that are connected to one another and to the channels of the cylinder 153 by radially standing channels are.
