     Riihr-und    Mischvorrichtung.



   Es sind viele Arten von R hr- und Misch vorrichtungen bekannt, bei welchen an einer
Rührerwelle schräg nach unten verlaufende    Rührflächen angebraclit    sind, welche in dem
Mischgut, insbesondere, wenn es aus Flüs   sigkeiten von verschiedenen spezifischen   
Gewichten besteht, Vertikalstr¯mungen her vorbringen sollen. Werden solche Rührer frei in ein Rührgefäss eingebaut, so tritt die angestrebte Wirkung nur in geringem
Masse ein.

   In der Hauptsache arbeiten sie wie   gewohnliche    Balkenrührer mit senkrecht stehenden R hrflÏchen, das heisst sie ver setzen das Mischgut in kreisende Bewegung, wobei die Oberfläche die Gestalt eines Ro   tationspa. raboJoidsannimmt.Vertikalströ-    mungen treten stark ausgeprägt nur zu An fang des   Rührprozesses    auf, solange die Re    htivgeschwindigkeit zwischen Mischgut    und   Rührei'verhältnismässig gross ist.

   Im    Be  harrungszustancle ist    aber die   Winkel-       geschwindigkeit des Mischgutes nicht viel      kleiner als die der Rührflüge].    Die oben erwähnte   Relttivgeschwindigkeit nimmt    entsprechend geringe Werte an, und die Ver tikalstr¯mungen erzeugende Hub- bezw.



   Senkwirkung der Schrägflügel sinkt auf ein Minimum. Man hat zwar schon senk rechte Flächen, sogenannte Prallflächen, eingebaut, um der Rotationsbewegung ent    gegenzuwirken und Vertikalströmungen    zu erzeugen. An diesen Flächen wird zwar die
Rotationsbewegung des Mischgutes gebro chen, jedoch unter Vernichtung der   dural    den   Rührcr zugeführten Bewegungsenergie.   



   Diese Energieverluste sind für den R hr betrieb nachteilig und werden durch vor liegende Erfindung vermieden. Es hat sich    namlicli    gezeigt, da¯ eine nahezu vollkom mene Ausnutzung der zugeführten Energie mit   gleichzeitiger Erzielung von Vertikal-       stromungen    stattfindet, wenn man einen feststehenden Leitapparat mit gekrümmten FlÏchen in das Rührgefäss einbaut.



   Die Ausführung des Leitapparates kann in verschiedenster Weise erfolgen und richtet sich   nacli dem besonderen    Verwendungszweck der R hrvorrichtung. In beifolgender Zeichnung sind zwei verschiedene Ausfüh  rungsformen    dargestellt. 



   In den Fig. l und 2 sind a die schräg nach unten verlaufenden und an der ver  tikalen    Welle b angeordneten Flügel, welche das Gut im R hrgefϯ c in vertikaler    ric-    tung bewegen sollen. d ist der Leitapparat, welcher beim R hrvorgang das Mischgut dem R hrer in der f r die R hr- und   Misch-      lvirkung    g nstigsten Str¯mungsrichtung zuführt.



   In Fig. 1 ist der Leitapparat nach Art einer mehrgÏngigen Schnecke gebaut und unterhalb des R.  hrers am Gefϯboden befestigt ; Fig. 2   zeigt einen Leitapparat ähn-    licher Bauart, der in ein feststehendes Füh  rungsrohr    e eingesetzt ist.
