Description

Guyed Pylon and method for its manufacture. The present invention relates to a guyed pylon and to, a process for its manufacture.

The accompanying drawing represents, to by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention.

In the embodiment of FIG. 1, on the central shaft are rigidly fixed rods 2 carrying at each of their ends a pulley 3; the shrouds 4 are attached to 'a part in the drum at points 5, pass freely over the pulley 3, and come to be anchored at points 6 not invariably connected to the mast and located, for example, on the ground, at plumb, or substantially, of the pulleys 3.

The yards 2 are made of metal trellises like the 1 shaft itself; to increase their rigidity, they can be braced by oblique members, suitably oriented.

Fig. 1 shows only one guy line; the same arrangement can be reproduced in the perpendicular plane. It goes without saying that we can establish in the same way a pylon comprising several guying planes, making generally equal angles between them. It is also possible to lay the 9, successive yards alternately in one and the other of the high banage planes.

The form of execution -of #ig. 2 is intended, you transport by force; the shaft 1 of the mast carries two yards 3 and 4 rigidly fixed to itself. These yards serve as support to both the line insulator 5 and to - pulleys placed at their end 6, 7. Each of the shrouds 8, tied to the mast at one of its ends at 9, rolls successively on these pulleys 6 and 7 and is anchored at its other end at a point independent of the movements of the mast, for example in the ground in 10.

Each of the two embodiments described has, in addition to the shrouds described above, ordinary shrouds 11.

For the manufacture of the above-described pylons, we will preferably use the een- tras, 1 as and to measurement of its assembly as an assembly mast for the installation of the successive yards, this which avoids auxiliary scaffolding.
