Description
Gliederheizkessel. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Glieder heizkessel und besteht darin, dass die zur Be grenzung der Querzüge dienenden Zwischen wände einfache Vollgussrippen sind, wäh rend die senkrecht verlaufenden Wände aus Hohlgusskörpern gebildet werden. Die ober sten Zwischenwände können geneigt sein, zum Zwecke, den Rauchabzugskanal im hin tersten Glied gut unterbringen zu können. Die aus Vollguss bestehenden Zwischen wände können mit Einkerbungen versehen oder durchschnitten sein.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung schema tisch dargestellt. In Fig. 1 ist ein Glieder heizkessel teilweise in der Ansicht, teilweise im Schnitt gezeichnet; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt durch die Ebene I-I der Fig. 1.
Der Kessel ist in der Hauptsache aus den beiden Endgliedern 1 und 2 und einigen zweiteiligen Mittelgliedern 3 zusammenge setzt. 4 ist der Rost, 5 der Feuerraum, 5'r. 6 und 7 sind die Querzüge, 8 .der Rauchabzugs kanal, 9 die Fülltüre, 10 die Aschenfalltüre.
Die die Querzüge 5-"', 6 und 7 begrenzen den, in der Hauptsache horizontal verlau- fenden Zwischenwände 1f, 12, 13 und 14 sind als Vollgusskörper ausgebildet. In senk rechter Richtung werden die Querzüge da gegen durch die Wandungen von Hohlguss- körpein 15, 16, 17 und 18 begrenzt. Um im Rauchabzugskanal 8 eine günstige Strömung zu erhalten, können die obersten Rippen 13 und 14 schräg angeordnet sein, um damit die Überleitung in den zentralen Rauchabzug allmählich erfolgen zu lassen.
Die aus Voll- guss bestehenden Zwischenwände sind an den Stellen 19, 20, 21 und 22 durchschnitten oder, wo dies mit Rücksicht auf Gussspan- nungen möglich ist, mit einfachen Einker bungen versehen.
Infolge .der getroffenen Unterteilung der Begrenzungsflächen für die Querzüge in einerseits von Vollgusskörpern und ander seits von Hohlgusskörpern gebildeten Wän den wird eine günstige Raumausnützung und gute Reinigungsmöglichkeit der Züge erzielt. Die Zahl der Querzüge kann ,dadurch erheb lich vermehrt werden. Zugleich ist aber auch sowohl infolge der einfachen Gussform, als der bei dieser Konstruktion möglichen Durchschneidung der Vollgusskörper eine Verkleinerung der Gussspannungen erreich bar, während für die Wärmespannungen eine Ausgleichmöglichkeit geschaffen ist.

An embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically in the drawing. In Fig. 1, a link boiler is drawn partly in view, partly in section; FIG. 2 is a section through the plane I-I of FIG. 1.
The boiler is mainly composed of the two end links 1 and 2 and some two-part middle links 3. 4 is the grate, 5 is the combustion chamber, 5'r. 6 and 7 are the cross trains, 8 .the smoke outlet duct, 9 the filling door, 10 the ash trap door.
The transverse trains 5 ″, 6 and 7 delimit the mainly horizontally extending intermediate walls 1f, 12, 13 and 14 are designed as solid cast bodies 15, 16, 17 and 18. In order to obtain a favorable flow in the smoke exhaust duct 8, the uppermost ribs 13 and 14 can be arranged obliquely in order to allow the transition to the central smoke exhaust to take place gradually.
The dividing walls, which are made of solid cast iron, are cut through at points 19, 20, 21 and 22 or, where this is possible with regard to the casting stresses, they are provided with simple notches.
As a result of the subdivision of the boundary surfaces for the transverse trains into walls formed by solid cast bodies on the one hand and hollow cast bodies on the other hand, a favorable utilization of space and easy cleaning of the trains is achieved. The number of transverse trains can be increased considerably as a result. At the same time, however, as a result of the simple mold and the possible cutting through of the solid cast body with this construction, a reduction in the casting stresses can be achieved, while a compensation option is created for the thermal stresses.
