Automatic parking device for speech masks. A number of automatic parking devices for speech machines have already been proposed, which have a locking mechanism that holds the parking means, for example braking means, which are under Fecler effect and are in their ineffective position, and by means of one to interact with the sound arm or the sound box needle Talking machine trained, arm is raised.
The designs proposed so far are complicated and have therefore not found widespread use.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a device of this type which is less complicated than the previous ones and which requires very simple operation. In the automatic parking device according to the present invention, a projection is firmly connected to the arm and a pawl is only connected by frictional engagement, in such a way that the rotary movements required for replacing sound plates and re-adjusting the arm to the innermost spiral of the sound wave grooves of the new plate movement of the arm through the projection, the spring is tensioned and the pawl is brought into its locking position.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows the storage device installed on a speaking machine, in a top view; Fig. 2 shows the device in elevation, and Figs. 3 and 4 show the device in plan in two different working positions.
On the base plate 1 , which is used to attach the device to a speech machine when the device is installed, a plate 2 is mounted so that it can swing around the screw 3 . The plate 2 carries braking means in the form of a rubber buffer 4, which sits on an arm 5, which is longitudinally displaceable and rotatably adjustable in a part of the plate 2 bent up to form a sleeve 6 is stored and can be clamped by means of the screw 7 .
Furthermore, a sleeve 9 is rotatably mounted around a vertical pin 8 fixed in the base plate, on which a guide piece 10 is adjustable in the vertical direction and by means of a screw 11 .. which acts on a flattened part of the sleeve 9 . can be determined at the set altitude. The guide piece 10 has an extension 12 in which an arm 13 is intended to interact with the sound arm of the speaking machine (as in Fig. 1 </ B> shown), longitudinally displaceable and mounted so that it can be fixed by screw 14 and is thus firmly connected to the sleeve 9 .
A part 15 of your plate 9. is U-shaped and uni-bent and a pin -16 is mounted in the legs of the U-shape 1.5 which a pawl 17 connected to the sleeve 9 by frictional engagement interacts. The latter possesses to this one. Purpose a shoulder 18 and the pin 16 a flattening. The pawl 17 protrudes into the U-shaped part 15. On part 15 of the plate, inclined surfaces 19 are provided .. with which a pin 20 fixed to the sleeve 9 cooperates.
A spring 21 acts on the pin 16 and thus on the plate 2 and strives to press the latter in the direction of the sleeve 9 and thereby the brake pad 4 to the turntable to press the speaking machine and to cause the latter to be switched off when the device is installed on a speaking machine, as shown in FIG. 1.
The operation of the above-mentioned device is as follows: In order to bring the plate 2 into the blocking position against the spring force, it is only necessary to turn the arm 13 clockwise when viewed from above, whereby the pin 20 The plate 2 is pivoted by means of the inclined surfaces 19 and the spring 21 is tensioned. At the same time, the pawl 17 moves into engagement with the pin 16 and thus secures the plate 2 and braking means in the one shown in FIG. 3 un effective location.
If the arm 13 is pressed in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 3, this locking mechanism is disengaged and the parts assume the position shown in FIG. 4. When the device is mounted on a speaking machine, the pressure is exerted by the sound arm (or the sound box needle) when the latter has reached its position corresponding to the end of the sound path of a record.
The device is attached to a voice sehine in such a way that the arm 13, when it is set to be actuated by sound enthusiasts at the end of the sound ball on a record, or the sound box needle, roughly in the continuation of the direction the sound poor lies.
In the notch of the locking mechanism following this actuation, the locking device hits the circumference of the rotary disk of the speech machine or the edge of the record and brakes the same .
The pin 16 and the web of the U-shaped part 15 form limiting rings for the rotational movement of the locking pawl 17 and the locking pawl is in the immediate vicinity Location kept its effective location. However, since the latter only sits on the sleeve 9 by means of friction, this movement limitation prevents the rotary movement of the arm 13, , for example, (Ial,) a record aus- -v #, ecli-selt cannot be.
During the rotation of the arm , which is necessary to change records and readjust the arm to the innermost spiral of the sound wave channels, the spring is tensioned by the pin and the pawl is brought into the locked position.
The guide piece 10 with extension 12 could also be held more simply and, for example, replaced by a bracket that is placed around the sleeve 9 , with the arm 13 goes through holes in the shearericles of the bracket and can be moved. The arm 13 is pressed against the sleeve 9 by a screw provided in the curved part of the bracket and at the same time the arm 13 is in its bores and the Bracket clamped onto the sleeve.
Instead of the Brenismittel Aussehaltmittel for the electrical current could be provided as a shutdown means on the plate.
The adjustability of the means and arm allows the device to be adapted to different types of speaking machines and records.
