Description

  

      Vorrichtung    zum Schneiden von gestricktem     Sehneidplüsch.       Die Vorrichtung nach vorliegender Er  findung zum Schneiden von gestricktem       Schneidplüsch    auf einer Flachstrickmaschine  kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass mit einer am  vordern.     Suhlosskasten    angeordneten     Schneid-          vorriehtung    in Form eines angetriebenen  Rundmessers Schlingen von verschieden langer       Schlingenbildung    bei jedem Hubwechsel auf  geschnitten werden.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt eine Aus  führungsform der Erfindung dar, und zwar  zeigt       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht;       Fig.    2 einen Querschnitt durch     Fig.    1, bei  welchem die     Schneideinrichtung    dargestellt ist,  F     ig.    3 eine Draufsicht auf den vordern       Schlosskasten.     



  Auf dem     vordern        Schlosskasten    1 ist an  geeigneter Stelle ein von einer Antriebsvor  richtung in die Höhe verstellbares Rund  messer 2 vorgesehen. Unter dieses Rund  messer 2 legt sich der ebenfalls der Verstell  barkeit des Rundmessers     anpassbare    Greifer 3  an, der die von den Nadeln der Strick-         maschine    hergestellten Schlingen gegen das  Rundmesser 2 anhebt zum glatten Durch  schneiden der Schlingen.

   Um die möglicher  weise beim Durchschneiden der Schlingen  an den Nadeln anhaftenden     Fadenfusseln     von den Nadelspitzen zu entfernen, ist nahe  des Rundmessers 2 eine Bürste 4 vorgesehen,  die beim Vorbeigehen der Bürste an den  Nadelköpfen diese von möglicherweise noch  anhaftenden     Fusseln    befreit.  



  Zur Veränderung der     Schlingenlänge    ist  das vordere Nadelbett 5 auf dem Unterbett 6  verschiebbar, dadurch, dass an dem vordern  Nadelbett 5 Zahnstangen 7 angeordnet sind,  in welche im Unterbett 6 drehbar gelagerte  Zahnräder 8 eingreifen. Durch ausserhalb des  untern Nadelbettes 6 angeordnete und auf der  Welle 9 der Zahnräder 8     unverdrehbar    an  geordnete Sperräder 10, in welche Sperr-.  klinken 11 eingreifen; kann das vordere  Nadelbett 5 auf dem Unterbett 6 in ge  wünschter und beliebiger Weise gegen das  hintere Nadelbett 12 verschoben und fest  gestellt werden.
