Fig. 7 eine weitere Ausbildung des Hängegliedes.
Suspension clamp for hanging cables on a suspension rope. The invention relates to a suspension clamp for suspending cables on a support cable, which has a metal band to be looped around the cable.
This suspension clamp is characterized in that the two ends of the band are held on the one hand on the cross bar of a loop and on the other hand on the cross bar of a longitudinal member intended to be inserted into this loop, the latter having both two hooks and a part serving as a tensioning lever, in Such an arrangement that when the clamp is tightened, the end of the loop is clamped behind the cross bar of the hanging link without preventing the hook from swinging.
Several embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the clamp laterally in three different positions, first beaten to a cal cally indicated cable, fer ner, stretched and dashed, in the position at the beginning of the tensioning process; Fig. 2 shows the clamp stretched, from above; Fig. 3 is a diagram of the clamp tightened; -Fig. 4 and 5 show different embodiments of the tensioning lever, and FIGS. 6 and 6a show a different shape of the loop, and.
Fig. 7 shows another embodiment of the hanging link.
According to FIGS. 1 to 3, one end of the metal band co of the suspension clamp is looped around the cross bar f of a loop g and with the other end around the cross bar b one Furthermore, two tensioning levers c provided with hooks k have the hanging link, which is used to suspend the cable d on a suspension cable h .
If the clamp is to be attached to a cable d, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, after the band has been looped to the correct length around the cross bars b and g, the tensioning lever c, as shown in phantom in FIG is shown, inserted through the loop g and folded over, which causes the visual loop to slide into the position shown in FIG. Then the clamping levers are in a position that projects almost radially from the cable d.
The front bar of the loop g then comes to lie behind the cross bar and, as a result of the tension caused by the somewhat short length of the metal band, sits snugly in a crank of the metal strap eyelet. In this position, the cross bar b of the hanging link lies slightly outside and above the plane defined by the two cross bars of the loop, so that the clamp can no longer be opened without a special tool and therefore remains firmly on it even when the cable is transported.
The swingability of the hanging link remains. This fact is of great importance because the suspension of aerial cables is done by pulling them along the support cable, each clamp having to be removed and re-attached at each support point of the support cable. Until now, no clamp design has been able to hold the clamp in place, regardless of the position of the clamping lever.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 6 and 6a, the loop g is substantially shortened so that the distance between the end rod and the transverse rod is greater than the rod thickness. In this figure, only the end of the ribbon looped around the transverse rod b of the hanging link, seen from below, while the end of the band looped around the transverse rod f is omitted for the sake of clarity.
When tightening a suspension clamp according to this embodiment, the loop is pushed over the tensioning lever c to back over the cross bar b, so that here too the front bar of the loop comes to rest behind the cross bar b.
In the embodiment of the hanging member according to Figure 4, the hook ends of the tensioning lever c are connected by a cross bar to be more protected against deformation ge; instead, the cross-sate b is interrupted in its center, where the wire ends meet.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the clamping levers c are not in the same plane and the hooks k are bent in the opposite direction. This embodiment is intended to prevent the hook from unintentionally detaching itself from the suspension cable.
According to Fig. I, the hanging link ordered in two parts, by clamping lever c and cross bar b to form a closed triangle, ver are united and the hook .i in the form of a loop with naeli opposite Rich device bent ends on the remaining free the corner of the triangle mentioned are attached.
