Description
Teaching piston hydraulic press for lifting devices, in particular for ribbing vehicle bridges. The previous multi-piston hydraulic presses for lifting devices, especially for tilting vehicle bridges, have the major disadvantage that the seals take up a lot of space and require a large wall thickness of the pistons and cylinders, as a result of which these presses have abnormally large diameters and are excessively heavy and expensive fail.
The seal is also poor; the presses lose 01. Furthermore, the nested pistons are not secured against sliding out downwards, or are then provided with nuts which are screwed onto the upper, outer ends of the pistons. The first version ensures no safe operation, and the second version is unattractive, expensive, and increases the size of the press, which is very disadvantageous: the present invention aims to eliminate these drawbacks. The hydraulic press according to the invention has a sealing ring BEZW. several sealing rings with an angular cross-section.
Fer ner is each of the nested Kol ben of the press with the exception of the smallest piston at the lower end of its bore, as well as the press towards the outside closing cylinder at the upper end of its bore with easily removable means that see the sliding out of the nested pistons Prevent downward or limit the stroke of the outermost piston in the cylinder upward. This gives the press the shortest possible construction, the smallest possible piston walls, the lowest weight and the smallest possible diameter. Their manufacture and assembly is simple and cheap.
If the piston is provided with a ball at the top, it can be made in one piece with this.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in three exemplary embodiments, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through a two-piston press with screwed-in rings, Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through a two-piston press with slotted spring rings, - Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through a three-piston press with screwed-in rings and split spring washers.
According to the drawing, 1 is the cylinder with a ball attachment that closes off the press from the outside and is articulated to a vehicle. 2 shows the smallest piston, also with a ball attachment, for articulated attachment to the vehicle bridge to be tilted. 3 is a hollow piston; 4 (Fig. 1) is a ring with a thread, wel cher prevents the small piston from sliding out of the larger one towards the bottom.
5 is a ring with thread that limits the stroke of the larger piston in the cylinder towards the top. 6 (FIGS. 1 to 3) are endless piston sealing rings with an angular cross-section, which are pressed onto the fixed adapters 8 by the nuts 7.
9 (Fig. 2 and 3) are slit spring rings, of which the lower BEZW. the under the sliding out of the small piston BEZW. of the two smaller pistons from the larger one towards the bottom, while the upper spring ring in Fig. 2 limits the stroke of the larger piston towards the top. 10 is a further variant of the upper, detachably arranged ring, which limits the stroke of the larger piston.
