Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach der in Fig. 1 eingezeichneten Schnittlinie A-B; Fig. ss ist eine Aussenansicht des Schlos ses, während Fig. 4 den Hohlschlüssel, und Fig. 5 die zur Betätigung des Riegels be stimmte Nuss in Ansicht wiedergibt; Fig. 6 zeigt Nuss und Dorn einer weiteren Ausführungsform im Schnitt nach E-F von Fig. 7; Fig. 7 ist ein Schnitt nach C-D von Fig. 6;
Fig. 8 zeigt diese Teile in einer andern Stellung im Schnitt nach J=K von Fig. 9; Fig. 9 ist ein Schnitt nach G 1I von Eig. 8; Fig. 10 ist ein Detailschnitt;
Eig. 11 und 1 2 veranschaulichen eine Ausführungsform mit einem zweiten, mit dem gleichen Schlüssel zu beeinflussenden be sonderen Absperrorgan für die Tagesfalle, als welche in diesem Falle der an sich vor handene Schlossriegel verwendet wird, und zwar durch F ig. 11 in verriegelter und durch Eig. 12 in der die Tagesfalle freigebenden Offenstellung. Die Tagesfalle selbst ist in diesem letzteren halle zurückgeschoben;
Device for moving the bolt of locks using a hollow key. The invention relates to a device for moving the bolt of a lock by means of a hollow key, in which a high level of security against unauthorized opening is achieved with the simplest means. This is mainly achieved in that the hole in the hollow key, as well as the mandrel of the nut intended for it, have an oval cross-section.
It is also advisable to ensure that not only the hole in the hollow key and the mandrel of the nut intended to enter it, but also the outer wall of the hollow key and the hole in the nut required for inserting it have an equally oval cross-section, so that in the lock itself only a very narrow slot opening running in a closed oval is formed for the access of the hollow key, which furthermore does not even extend into the interior of the lock. At the same time, a high level of security against the introduction of explosives into the keyhole opening is thereby achieved.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is brought in several Ausführungsbeispie len on a latch bolt lock for presen- tation.
Fig. 1 shows the exposed interior view of a first embodiment, in which, for the sake of simplicity, all other ingredients common in Schlös fibers, such as tumblers, springs, etc., are omitted; .
Fig. 2 is a section along the line A-B shown in Fig. 1; Fig. Ss is an external view of the Schlos ses, while Fig. 4 shows the hollow key, and Fig. 5 shows the nut intended for actuating the bolt; Fig. 6 shows the nut and mandrel of a further embodiment in section along E-F of Fig. 7; Figure 7 is a section along C-D of Figure 6;
FIG. 8 shows these parts in a different position in section according to J = K of FIG. 9; Fig. 9 is a section along G 1I of Eig. 8th; Fig. 10 is a detail section;
Prop. 11 and 1 2 illustrate an embodiment with a second, with the same key to be influenced be special shut-off device for the day trap, as which in this case the lock bolt is used in front of itself, namely by F ig. 11 in locked and by Eig. 12 in the open position releasing the day trap. The day trap itself is pushed back in this latter hall;
Prop. 13 shows a cross section according to the section line Jl-N shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 14 shows such a cross section according to the section line 0-P of FIG. 11; Egg-. 15 shows a rosette-shaped disc placed on the outside of the box with cutouts enabling the key to be removed both in the open and in the locked position.
In the embodiment according to Eig. 1 to 5 a is the latch of the latch bolt lock; in which the bolt b is mounted horizontally displaceable bar. It has a driver pin c which engages in the fork part d of the nut f.
The nut itself is provided with an oval profiled inner bore g which, in conjunction with the mandrel 1i, which is also oval in cross section, forms an oval slot opening for the hollow key i. educates.
The wall that the bore of the hollow key i. is kept very thin so that the oval slot formed by the hole g in the nut and the outside of the mandrel 1a-c is only very narrow.
On the one hand, in order to exclude the penetration of stronger auxiliary instruments, which would allow the nut to flow, and, on the other hand, in order not to create a larger cavity for receiving explosives.
So that when this new hollow key is used, a certain coupling of the same with the lock socket for the purpose of moving the door into the open position is detected, there is still a nose on the key i on the outside of the key shaft 7n is provided, for which a disc ic provided with an annular recess p and a cutout o is provided on the outside of the lock in front of the keyhole.
This nose in at the same time allows within certain limits a case by case ver different training of the key BEZW. of the lock, which increases the security of the lock.
This diversity is made possible by the fact that the nose in and thus the annular recess p in the disk n can be made different in the longitudinal axis direction of the key shaft.
A further increase in relation to the change in the shape of the key BEZW. of the lock can also be achieved in that the nose yti of the key is offset in the peripheral radial direction of the key circumference with respect to the center line going through the longitudinal axis of the oval cross-section. In this case the excerpt should be self-speaking. o in the disk U coincide with the angular position of the nose iti to the aforementioned central axis.
The prop. 6 to 10 show an embodiment in which it should be avoided in any case that even in such a case, if a sufficiently strong auxiliary instrument were unauthorizedly jammed in the oval slot, a rotation of the nut and thus a backward movement of the Rie gel is made impossible.
In this embodiment, care is taken that the sleeve 1 "which is provided with the oval recess (-, a ring-forming sleeve 1" is separated from the actual f and is given such a loose guide in a slightly larger diameter rotation t in the nut that the sleeve can also adjust eccentrically to the mandrel.
But even with this loose connection of the sleeve 1o with the nut f, a. To have a sure guarantee that the sleeve 7s does not twist with respect to the mandrel h of the nut f, a driver pin w is also provided on the nut (fix. l0), which engages in a matching notch on the lower edge of the sleeve k. This Jerkupplung then secures the position of the sleeve k with respect to the .Dorn k in such a way that the two oval always sit one inside the other that the key can be easily inserted at any time.
In addition, fixed pin-shaped stops s are arranged at one or more points in the area of the outer wall of the sleeve k so that the sleeve k can rotate with the pin h for the socket wrench when the sleeve k is precisely centered. This exact centric setting is easily achieved when inserting the key that exactly fits the lock (Fix. 6 and 7).
Opposite these pin-shaped stops s, however, longitudinal grooves r are provided on the outside of the sleeve k, in which the stop pins s can easily be inserted with an eccentric setting of the sleeve with respect to the mandrel k for the key when the sleeve k is shifted sideways when an instrument penetrates (Fix. 8 and 9).
But as soon as one of these stop pins s enters a groove r of the sleeve 1c, the sleeve k and thus also the mandrel 1 a respectively. the nut f locked with the lock in such a way that a rotation of the nut and thus a moving back of the bolt b is impossible.
Instead of the above-mentioned pin-shaped impacts on the intended longitudinal grooves 2 in the sleeve k, both the sleeve k on its outside and the recess in the lock plate can be fringed, whereby the resistance preventing the rotation when an instrument penetrates into a fold and in the Manufacture cheap ways are distributed around the circumference of the sleeve.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 17 to 15, the resiliently influenced bolt b is under the influence of the two shut-off elements x, and z, which are arranged at some distance from one another. Both shut-off devices show how an oval slot opening is formed by the eccentric position of the centers of the two oval profiles, which has un ferent width. Since this eccentricity is of course possible in the most varied of directions, a diversity of the locks is achieved at the same time. The first lock member from x is used with its approach y to shut off the bolt b.
If it is in the position according to FIG. 11, the bolt pin 2 will be supported against the approach y and prevent the return movement of the bolt b, which also forms the case. So that the shut-off element x is protected against unintentional rotation in its two end positions, cutouts 3 and 4 are also provided, in which a counter pin 5, which is also seated on the lock bolt b, is inserted.
With this device it is also achieved that in order to rotate the shut-off element in order to move the bolt into the open position, a certain resistance, caused by the spring influencing the bolt, must be overcome. This is the half, so that when using an instrument as thin as it would allow the small width of the oval slot, it is impossible to cause a Drehbewe movement of the shut-off element and thus an opening of the bolt.
The second shut-off element z has a disc dl which replaces the fork part d of the aforementioned Ausfüh approximate forms, which is provided with a cutout 6 for the driver pin c of the bolt b. So that the second shut-off element z can influence the bolt b in the sense of a day trap, the shut-off element x must first be moved into the open position shown in FIG. 12. In this case, when the shut-off element z is rotated, the bolt b can be moved back into the open position unhindered with the aid of the key.
When the shut-off element z is released, the bolt will then automatically advance into the closed position under the influence of the action of its spring, with the driver pin c turning the shut-off element z back into the original position.
When the shut-off device x, which is used for Verrie gelung, as in the execution example after egg. 6 to 10, the sleeves 1c provided at both ends of the same, surrounding the oval mandrel and forming a ring, are likewise loosely arranged in such a way that they are loosely arranged when attempting to open them with an instrument that is inserted into the slot. can be moved sideways within certain limits.
In this case, then engage the sleeves 1v with the fringing provided on their outer edge in the same inner fringing of the Hül sen the guide holes or openings in the lock case a respectively. Lock plate and thus prevent in any case an improper rotary movement of the shut-off element.
