Description
Automatische Treibschnur- bezw. Riemenspannvorrichtung.
Automatic drift cord respectively. Belt tensioner. The usual drive cord tensioners, such as those used in the watchmaking industry, for example, are guide pulley carriers that bend under high loads and thereby relax the drive cord.
The present invention is an automatic drive line BEZW. Belt tensioning device and should have the purpose, BEZW the drive cord. to keep the belt taut with every load in order to obtain good adhesion to the traction sheaves.
In the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. It shows: Fig. I the automatic tensioner for vertical drive, Fig. II such a drive for Horizontalan, Fig. III the automatic tensioner in which the drive is arranged under the workbench.
According to FIG. I, two rods 2 and 3 are attached to a screw clamp 1, while rod 2 is held relatively stiff, rod 3 should be highly resilient. Each rod carries a roller 4 respectively against the screw force. 5. A cord 6 goes from the drive pulley 7 to the guide pulley 4 from here to the driven pulley 8 of the machine and back over the tension pulley 5, which is carried by a fe-reducing rod 3, back to the drive pulley.
As soon as the drive pulley 7 is set in rotation, the cord 6 is mitgenom men, exerts a train on the guide roller 4. The rod 2 bends down and assumes the position 9, the drive cord itself elongates somewhat, caused by the tensile force. As a result of this yielding of the rod 2 and lengthening of the drive cord 6, the tension of the cord loop, which goes from the pulley 8 via the roller 5 to the drive pulley 7, is lengthened. The roller 5 is now brought into the new position 10 by the resilient rod 3 and thus keeps the cord taut. By keeping the cord taut, good adhesion is achieved on the discs 7 and 8. According to Fig. III, the screw clamp is replaced by a plate to screw onto the workbench.
In the event that larger forces are to be transmitted, the drive cord can also be replaced by other pulling elements, for example by belts.
