Electronic control device of a phonograph. The object of the present invention is an electrical control device for a phonograph which comprises an electromagnetic motor of the type comprising a rotating armature, a single collector fixed on the shaft of this armature, and electromagnets with split coils. , each fraction being connected separately to a brush of the collector, in order to reduce the rupture sparks.
An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing.
On the cover B of the phonograph is the record holder d. whose U axis carries a T pulley and rotates in a V bearing resting on a 1V ball bearing.
The electromagnetic motor has a part G mounted by two screws C and two rubber washers D on the cover B and carrying two split coils 11 whose coils are 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5, 6. These coils arranged on two poles are coupled in parallel. One of their ends is connected to a pole of the current source, the second end of each of them being connected separately to a brush rubbing on a common strip of the collector.
The 0 shaft of the engine has a manifold N with two segments D ', F' and a lead flywheel B in which is the iron Z frame. The brushes C 'come to rest on the collector N. Shaft 0 also carries a pulley P and a regulator composed of two steel strips Q and lead masses H. A silver contact L is fixed to the center of one of the two strips Q. This contact L can touch a silver K contact or leave it at a certain engine speed.
This speed can be fixed by a lever F movable in J on the part G and hand held by a spring E against an adjusting screw E '. A rubber belt S connects the pulley P to the pulley T.
The rubber washers D 'act as dampers for engine noise.
The electric current of a source X which shell passes by the wire Y and the switch I in a lamp with charcoal filament then in the coils 4, 5, 6 and by their brushes C 'in the segment of the collector r' then through the segment D 'the coils 1 2, 3 and the shaft 0 to the blades Q of the regulator. From there the current goes into the contacts L and K and the wire B '. The rotation of the armature is caused by the successive attractions of the coils, determined by the collector which periodically cuts off the current.
As soon as the motor speed increases the contact L leaves contact K and thus cuts off the current.
The motor can be operated on different voltages, for example 110 volts or 220 volts, by admitting one or more lamps A 'of suitable resistance.
