  Verfahren zur Herstellung von alkoholhaltiger     Kaffee-Essenz.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be  trifft ein Verfahren, nach welchem eine       Kaffee-Essenz    hergestellt wird, welcher     alko-          liolha1tig    ist.  



  Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbei  spiel angeführt.  



  5 kg grüner Edelmokka werden geröstet,  gemahlen und mit 30 Liter Feinsprit destil  liert, wodurch sieh ein Destillat ergibt.  



  Weitere 30 kg grüner Mokka., jedoch drei  verschiedene Sorten zu je gleichen Teilen,       tverden    geröstet, gemahlen und miteinander       vermischt.     



  Diese Mischung wird mit dem vorge  nannten Destillat einem speziell zu diesem  Zwecke angefertigten     Filterauszugsapparat     übergeben und darin unter Hochdruck     per-          en    Das sieh ergebende Produkt ist       diinnfliissig,    filtriert und     alkoholhaltim       Diesem     Produkt    werden nun noch 10%  Zucker, welcher vorerst     karamelisiert    wird,  beigemischt.  



  Nach kurzer Lagerung ist das Endpro  dukt als Kaffee-Essenz gebrauchsfertig.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von alkohol haltiger Kaffee-Essenz, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass grüner Edelmokka geröstet, ge mahlen und mit Feinsprit destilliert wird, worauf verschiedene Sorten von grünem Mokka, welche geröstet, gemahlen und ver mischt werden mit dem vorstehenden Destil lat einem Filterauszugsappärat übergeben, um darin unter Hochdruck perkolliert zu werden, ferner dass dem sich ergebenden Pro dukt noch Zucker, welcher vorerst karameli- siert werden muss, beigemischt wird.
