Description

       

  Lagerungseinrichtung für die Walze von Rolladen,     Rolljalousien    und dergleichen. -    Bei den bisher in Gebrauch gekommenen  Rolladen, Rolljalousien und dergleichen  sind die     Achslager    für die     Aufwickelwalze          unbeweglieh.    Der Laden,     die    Jalousie oder  dergleichen läuft daher mehr oder weniger  schräg in die Führungsschienen ein, die sich  links und rechts an der Mauer befinden.

    Daher entsteht an der     Einlaufstelle,        arn    aus  gebogenen     Wangenende,    eine bei grossen La  den ganz beträchtliche Reibung, die zu Be  schädigung des Ladens Anlass gibt und das  Auf- und Abschieben des Ladens wesentlich  erschwert. Bei grossen Jalousien besteht über  dies an der genannten Stelle zwischen La  den und     Sturz,    infolge der Schräglage der  Jalousie, eine sich gegen die Ladenmitte er  veiternde, beträchtliche Spalte, durch die  Wind, unter Umständen auch Regen, ein  dringen kann.  



  Um diese Übelstände zu beseitigen, sind  gemäss vorliegender Erfindung die Lager  der Walzenachse beweglich angeordnet, der  art, dass' sie sich mit fortschreitender Ab  wicklung des Ladens, der Jalousie oder der  gleichen mehr und mehr den Führungsschier  neu nähern und der Rolladen, die Jalousie    oder dergleichen während der ganzen Dauer  der Abwicklung senkrecht in die Führungs  schienen einläuft, ohne sich an deren aus  gebogenem Wagenende zu reiben.  



  Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausfüh  rungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Teil des ersten in An  sicht von der Innenseite,     Fig.    2 eine zu  gehörige Seitenansicht,     Fig.    S eine Einzel  heit;       Fig.    4 und 5 sind den     Fig.    1. und 2 ent  sprechende Ansichten der zweiten Ausfüh  rungsform.  



  Bei der Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    1  bis 3 sind die Achszapfen a der Rolladen  walze b je in einem Arm c gelagert, der  drehbar auf einem in die Mauer     h    eingelas  senen Zapfen<I>d</I> sitzt und durch einen Schlitz     f     eines bügelförmigen Führungsstückes e  reicht. Letzteres ist ebenfalls in der Mauer  befestigt     (Fig.    3).  



  Auf der Aussenseite jeder Führungs  schiene g ist in der Höhe des Achsenlagers  der Walze<I>b</I> eine Rolle<I>i</I> gelagert, die etwas  in die Schiene g hinein ragt und gegen die -      sieh der Rolladen     i;:    legt.   Bei der     Ausführungsform    nach     Fig.    4  und 5 befinden sieh die Lager für die bei  den     Walzenachsen        a.    je in einer Platte     in,          die    mittelst     zweier    Rollen     n    in einer     wag-          rechten,    an der     Mauer    mittelst Schrauben     p          befestigten    Führung o läuft und beim Herab  lassen des Rolladens nach vorn gezogen wird,

    so dass dieser stets mit der Rolle i in Be  rührung gehalten wird und von dieser     we-          senkrecht    in die     Führung        g    einläuft.
