Description
Elektromotorisch angetriebene Holzbearbeitungsmaschine.
Electric motor driven woodworking machine. The subject of the invention is a further embodiment of the electric motor-driven woodworking machine according to the claim of the main patent.
The purpose of the present invention is to enable two very important jobs that continue to occur in the carpentry industry and in particular in stair construction in the simplest way with the same machine according to corresponding further development of the construction.
On the one hand it is about the so-called bar drilling and on the other hand it is about being able to mill the bolster piece.
In the context of the invention, this is made possible by the fact that the guide, in which the motor could previously only be turned vertically, can now be pivoted about a horizontal axis and can be fixed in any angular position.
Here, the device can be designed in such a way that the guide can be pivoted by means of a rotating disk-like arrangement on the upper part of a stand carrying the above-mentioned rail and this upper stand part rests on a lower part by means of cross supports.
On the basis of the drawing showing an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the device and mode of operation can be traced particularly clearly, namely, according to FIG. 1, the lifting of stacks and, according to FIG. 2, the crop milling.
The motor a can be moved along a guide b by means of a slide part firmly connected to it, and this guide can be pivoted about a horizontal axis, namely by means of the turntable-like device v on the upper part of a stand l: A star wheel r serves to move the motor a Slide in guide b and thus gradually move the motor in: along the guide so that the tool drills the hole deeper and deeper.
From this it is already visible. that only a one-time setting is required to attach the hole in the cheek, in order to have the exact direction determined for a majority of the holes once and for all.
It requires namely, after a hole has been drilled and the Werlueu is pulled through, only the rotation of the handwheel la to move the upper part along the guide rail d and after appropriate operation of the star wheel r to be able to drill the next peg hole.
In the same way, stake drilling with crooked cheeks is just as simple, and a single man is sufficient, whereas previously two workers were required.
It should also be mentioned that the determination of the respective angular position of the guide b averages in any suitable way. of the star wheel partly takes place.
In FIG. 2, the workpiece o again rests on a base 1, but is here to be given a goiter-like longitudinal groove in the manner illustrated by means of a spoon cutter w. On the basis of what has been said, it follows that this is readily possible.
