Machine for non-, bending, embossing and similar work. The present invention relates to a machine for straightening, bending, embossing and similar work, which is characterized by the already known constructions in that it has a press screw and a toggle lever system to achieve the working pressure.
With this machine, the working pressure, depending on whether one or the other type of generation is more economical for the particular work process to be carried out, can be generated either by pre-screwing the press screw with a fixed toggle lever system, or by acting on the toggle lever system without pre-screwing the press screw will. The machine is advantageously designed to be mobile so that its location can be changed.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention: FIG. 1 shows the machine in elevation along the line x-x of FIG. 2; Fig. 2 is a side elevation; The plan view in FIG. 3 is cut along the line y-y in FIG. 1; A ram of the machine with a bending tool is shown in plan from below in FIG. 4 and in elevation in FIG. 5.
The straightening and support bed consists of two parallel double-T-profile longitudinal beams 1, which form a very resistant, kastenförmi gene carrier with the riveted crossbars 2. At the front and rear end of the girder is a double T-bar 3 as a chassis girder by means of gusset plates 4 respectively. 5, and corner angles 6 respectively. 7 attached perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
A round disc 8 is placed centrally on the front beam 3 and is attached to the corner bracket 9 by means of corner brackets. Gusset plates 4 riveted. On 8 a turntable 10 by means of the nut screw 11 is arranged centrally. This is rigidly connected to the front axle 12 through corner brackets 13. The two front wheels 14 are mounted on the axle 12. The tie rod 15 is attached to the turntable 10 between the two angles 16 by means of the pin 17.
The rear beam 3 carries the rear axle 20, on which two rear wheels 21 run, in the middle of the corner angle pairs 18 and 19. In two in the middle of the directional bed 1 fixed, external Füh approximately supports 22, the two prismatic tension columns 23 are arranged longitudinally displaceable. These each have a cross support 24 at their lower ends and are rigidly connected to one another at the top by the cross yoke 25. A strong tension spring 26 is fastened to each of the two cross supports 24 by means of the mother beam 27.
The springs act upwards in the longitudinal direction of the tension columns 3 and are suspended from the lugs 29 of the guide supports 22 at the top by means of adjustable screws 28. On each of the two guide supports 22 two lever arms 30 are rotatably arranged by means of bolts 32 and on the two cross supports 24 two lever arms 31 are rotatably arranged by means of bolts 33, four of which are arranged by means of pegs 34 or. 25 are brought together in the manner shown to form a double toggle joint.
Between each two parallel pairs of toggle levers a toothed rack 36 engages respectively. through @ "determination; g of rods 42 to a toothed rod 37, which go through an off-now- in the front chassis beam 3 and with the toothed piston 38, which sits on the shaft 39, which in turn is in the two neck bearings 40 and 41 are engaged.
The massive rack 37 is connected at its end to the two tie rods 42, which are set to the same with the nut screws 43, so that the free field I 'visible in the horizontal projection exists, so that it is possible, for example, longer screws, on which heads upset who are to be placed between the tie rods 42 in the vertical central axis of the machine. The racks 36 and 3 7 who are guided by the gela in the gusset plates 4 track rollers 44 on all sides.
A ratchet wheel 45 is attached to the extension of the toothed piston drive shaft 39. The hand lever 46 is formed at one end to the fork 47, which ssend enclosing the ratchet wheel 45, is mounted on the shaft 39. The locking wedge 48 is guided in the slots 49 made in the fork 47, and is pressed into the radial slots of the ratchet wheel 45 by the compression spring 50. With the clamping ring 51, the double-armed lever 52 is attached to the hand lever 46 at a convenient location, the one hand by the train rods 53 hingedly connected to the locking wedge 48, on the other hand forms out as a handle.
On the pin 54 fastened in the gusset plate 4, the pedal 55 is mounted with the locking lug 56 on one side. The latter is supported by the one hand on the sheet metal 4 in the node 57, on the other hand ain. The tension spring 58 attached to the pedal 55 is pulled into the radial slots of the ratchet wheel 45.
In the middle of the connecting yoke 25, the rotatable threaded bushing 59 is vertically besieged. It is equipped with an approach 60 which transmits the axially upwardly directed pressure to the thrust ball bearing 61 lying on the one hand on the yoke 25. At the upper end of the sleeve, the large hand wheel 62 is fastened by means of nut 63 and ax 64 be.
By the rotation of the threaded sleeve 59, the screw spindle 65, wel che by the, in your at the same time serving as protection for the ball bearing 61 housing 66, respectively. whose neck 6 7 fixed wedge 68, which runs in a longitudinal groove 69 of the spindle 67, is prevented from rotating, moves up and down. At the bottom, the spin del 65 ends in a bore in the plunger 70, where it is held firmly by the cover plate 71 screwed to the plunger due to its collar 72.
The two parallel, prismatic cheeks of the ram 70 lead the same between the two prismatic tension columns 23. The straightening head 76, which, with its wedge-shaped flanks, is used to straighten angle irons and with the curve 77 perpendicular to the wedge tip for tucking round irons etc.
can be used, has a round flange 78, which fits into a corresponding recess in the flange ring 73. In order to now fasten the straightening head 76 by means of the flange ring 73 rotatably on the ram 70 in the manner shown, the screwed-in handles 79 are removed from the straightening head and this is in laid the flange ring,
whereupon the edges of the two diametrically opposite insertion slots 74 of the flange ring are pushed by rotating the same under two screw heads 75 diametrically opposite the center of the plunger, so that the ring is releasably held. The handles 79 are now screwed back into the straightening head 76 and are used, depending on whether the flanks or the rounding of the latter are to be used, to rotate it by 90 degrees in the flange ring 73.
Instead of the straightening head shown, other tools can also be used, such as B. Die dies for the hot pressing, stamping and punching dies, etc., all of which are provided with the uniform fastening flange 78. The appropriate documents, such as directional prisms, joints, matrices, etc. are placed on the bed.
If the machine is to be used as a screw press, the two tension columns 23 must be blocked because the working pressure of the screw spindle 65 is transmitted to the yoke 25 and thus to the tension columns. The pedal 55 represents this blocking in the equilibrium position in that the one-sided locking lug 56 prevents the ratchet wheel 45 and thus the toothed piston 38 from rotating in a clockwise direction (FIG. 1).
As a result, the rack 36 with the one vertex A on the horizon tal movement to the left and the rack 37 with the other vertex ss -des double toggle system on the horizontal movement to the right is prevented, -which prevents the tension columns 23 from moving upwards. A downward movement of the tension columns due to the weight of the. the latter built up screw press is prevented by the tension springs 2 - 6.
By rotating the hand wheel 62 with the threaded nut 59, the spindle 65 with the plunger 70 is moved vertically, the thrust ball bearing 61 allowing the friction loss during the Pressevorgan ges to be very low. If .the pressing instead of rotating the spindle 65 by actuating the toggle lever. is, the screw only serves to set the ge desired mean distance between bed 1 and pressing tool 76. Whoever moves the two apex pins 34 and 35 against each other, there is a train on the tension columns 23 down.
This pull becomes: the greater, the more the angle of the two lever arms 30 and 31 of each toggle joint approaches 180 degrees. The path of the tension columns 23 is inversely proportional, and with the same movement of the racks 36 and 37, the smaller the greater the tensile force.
Depending on the middle position in which the double toggle system works, it is possible to make the pressure very large with a correspondingly small working stroke, or the working stroke can be increased at the expense of the pressing pressure, with the power on the hand lever 46 in any case the pale remains. By means of the screw spindle 65, the ratio between pressing pressure and working stroke which is favorable for the respective work process can now be set on the handwheel 62.
By pulling on the hand lever 46, which is connected to the ratchet wheel 45 by the spring pressure; .Rock wedge 48 is connected, the toothed piston 38 is rotated counterclockwise (Fig. 1), which sets the two meshing racks 36 and 37 in opposite motion, whereby the apex pins 34 and 35 of the double toggle system are pulled against one another.
This tension is converted into a downward movement of the tension columns 23, which exert the pressure on the workpiece through the connecting yoke 25 and the screw press unit. By rotating the ratchet wheel 45, the locking lug 56 of the pedal 55 is pushed out of the radial slot of the ratchet wheel due to its wedge-shaped back, in order to automatically block the entire system when the hand lever 46 is released,
because the locking lug 56 snaps back into the ratchet wheel and thus * prevents the clockwise rotation of the toothed piston 38, ie the upward movement of the pressing tool.
For work processes that require a long work stroke, you continue to use the hand lever .t6 on the ratchet wheel 45 by using the locking wedge .t & by means of the Iland handle 5? loosens and turns the hand lever around the ratchet axis into the new attack position, where the locking wedge 18 is snapped back into place. During this process, the mechanism remains blocked by the nose 56 of the locking pedal 55.
After the work has been completed, the mechanism is released by actuating the pedal 55, whereupon the tension springs 26 bring the tool 76 into the starting position.
