Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele des vor liegenden Erfindungsgegenstandes gezeigt. Fig. 1 zeigt ein Beispiel, in welchem die federnde Ausgleichsvorrichtung als Ring am äussern Umfang der Querwand ausgeführt ist, welcher Ring mit der Querwand ein einziges Stück bildet; Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die abgewickelte Ausgleichs vorrichtung nach Fig. 1; Zig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführung der federnden Ausgleichsvor- riclxtung für den Fall, dass dieselbe mit dem Gehäuse aus einem Stück hergestellt ist;
. In den Figuren bedeuten gleiche Be zugsziffern gleiche Teile.
Device for compensating for different thermal expansions between an outer housing wall and at least one intermediate wall of the same housing, in particular in the case of steam or gas turbines. The present invention forms a further embodiment of the device protected in the claim of the main patent to compensate for different Wärmeaus expansions between an outer housing wall and at least one partition wall of the same housing, especially in steam or gas turbines.
The essence of the present invention is that the springing of the compensating device is made possible in the radial direction as well as in the axial direction by the fact that transmission elements for the compensating forces acting in the radial direction and offset from one another in the axial direction are also seen before are that we ken in the axial direction and offset from one another in the circumferential direction of the compensation device are arranged.
These transmission members, which act in the axial direction and are offset from one another in the circumferential direction of the compensation device, can be formed in that gaps are provided in the compensation device which are offset from one another in the circumferential direction thereof.
In the accompanying drawings, various exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. 1 shows an example in which the resilient compensation device is designed as a ring on the outer circumference of the transverse wall, which ring forms a single piece with the transverse wall; Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the developed compensation device according to FIG. 1; Zig. 3 shows an embodiment of the resilient compensation device for the case that it is made in one piece with the housing;
4 and 5 show versions in which the resilient compensation device is performed as a structurally independent part of the housing and the transverse wall.
. In the figures, the same reference numbers mean the same parts. 1 means the housing, 2 the transverse wall, 3 the guide channels or guide vanes, the trailing edges of which are denoted by 4. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a deep spacing gap 5 is arranged on the outer circumference of the transverse wall or the guide wheel, which runs circularly along the transverse wall circumference and with the similarly arranged gap 6 delimits the part 8 of the transverse wall.
This resilient part 8 is connected to the transverse wall 2 by a transmission element 9 acting in the radial direction and rests on the housing 1 with the cylindrical seat 7 of a transmission element 15 also acting in the radial direction so that this arrangement centers the transverse wall in the housing enables. For the purpose of enabling axial springing, 8 cutouts 14 are attached in the resilient part, which are opposite to the transfer organs for the balancing forces. serving, protruding seat surfaces 11 are arranged ver sets, as can be seen from FIG.
The seat surfaces 11 are not in contact with the housing 1 over the entire circumference, but are separated from one another by dilatation gaps 13. In this way, a ring 15 arises on the resilient part 8, which is merely through the jlertragungsorgane 16 for the compensating forces, which organs are offset from the front jumping seat surfaces 11, with the other parts of the resilient device 8 in connection. It is characteristic of the design that any axial section through the resilient part 8 always goes through at least one or through both dilatation gaps 13, 7.4. .
In Fig. 3, an embodiment is shown in which the resilient part 8 with the Ge housing 1 is made in one piece; 4 and 5, examples are provided in which the resilient part 8 forms a part that is structurally independent of both the housing and the transverse wall. The mode of operation of the embodiments of the subject matter of the invention shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 is readily apparent from what has been said above.
The essence of the invention is not changed if the device for the Fe countries is executed in the axial direction on both sides of the resilient compensation device.
In this way, the transverse wall is resilient in the radial and axial directions, the centering of the transverse wall also being ensured. With these versions, the harmful effects of thermal expansion can be reduced to the lowest possible level.
