Bisher wurden die für eine Wöchnerin notwendigen Verbandmaterialien, Watte, Gaze usw., in relativ grossen Paketen ge kauft und bei der Behandlung jedesmal das notwendige Quantum abgetrennt. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass das noch unbenutzte, zu rückbleibende Verbandmaterial bei der Auf bewahrung der Möglichkeit des Verunreinigt- werdens ausgesetzt war, so dass' es nicht mehr steril war und bei einer späteren Anw@.n- dung zu Infektionen Veranlassung geben konnte.
Diese Nachteile werden durch die Wöchnerinnenpackung gemäss vorliegender Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass die in der Packung vorhandenen Verbandmateria lien in Portionen abgeteilt und einzeln steril verpackt sind, wobei eine einzelne Portion so bemessen ist, dass sie normalerweise für eine vorzunehmende, einmalige Anwendung genügt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf dasselbe, und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht bei weggenom mener Packungswand.
In der Schachtel 1 sind zweckmässiger weise alle für ein -Wochenbett notwendigen Verbandmaterialien vorhanden, und zwar von jeder Sorte so viel, als normalerweise benötigt werden. Beispielsweise sind sterile Tupfer vorgesehen, die je in einer gewissen Anzahl zusammen in einem einzelnen Paket 2 verpackt sind. In den kleineren Paketen 3 sind Kompressen, Wochenbetteinlagen, Na belverbände usw. vorhanden. Es können ferner noch andere Materialien in-der Pak- kung vorgesehen sein, zum Beispiel ein Unterlagst-Lieh 4, Nabelbinden 5 usw.
Die oben erwähnten Pakete 2 und 3 sind in Um hüllungen, zum; Beispiel Papier, keimfrei verpackt, so dass sie steril bleiben; bis sie kurz vor dem. Gebrauch geöffnet werden. Das Quantum des in einem einzelnen Paket verpackten Materials ist so gross gewählt, dass es normalerweise für eine Anwendung genügt.
