Schaltwerk.
Rear derailleur. The present invention relates to a switching mechanism with a gear with switching teeth and with swing bar arranged on a support wheel and the switching teeth adjacent by spring pressure switching elements.
The switching mechanism according to the present invention is characterized in that the switching teeth have switching edges of such a shape and the switching elements between the carrier wheel and the gear are arranged in such a way that when one of these last two parts vibrates, the switching elements clamp between the supporting wheel and the switching edges and can have a negative effect on the part to be driven, regardless of where the switching edge is at the switching element end.
Two embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the accompanying drawings, for example.
Fi.g. 1 shows the first embodiment of the switching mechanism in a side view, with the side piece removed, partially in section; Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows the second embodiment in section along the line III-III of Fig. 4; FIG. 4 shows a cross section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3.
On the axis 1, the carrying wheel 2 is be strengthened, with the oscillating switching elements, which are each pressed by a spring 8 against the switching teeth 11 of the gear 9. The carrying wheel 2 is on the one hand from part of the gear 9 and on the other hand from the screw-on cover 10 to give and the gear 9 is provided with a mounting tube 4, which is connected to a tie rod 5 by means of a bolt 6 and a fork 7. Each switching tooth 11 has a switching flank 12 and a rear side 13. The switching flank 12 is designed so that the switching elements 3 can transmit the switching movement from the driving to the driven part at any point on the switching flank.
So that such a transmission can take place, the switching flank 12 of the switching tooth 11 is designed so that at each point the same ben the angle between the surface normal 14-16 of the switching flank and the force direction l4-17 of the switching element is not greater than at this point the friction angle between switching element and switching edge.
The friction between the switching elements and the switching flanks of the shift teeth enables the force to be transmitted, which is achieved by clamping the switching elements between the trotting bike and the switching flanks. Expediently, the number of switching teeth 11 of the gear and the switching elements 3 are different.
This ensures that in every position of the transfer wheel with respect to the gear wheel, at least one switching element is in an effective position with respect to a switching tooth, while the other central elements are in an unsteady position,
by pressing them against the back of the teeth. In the drawing, three switching elements are shown in an effective Sehaltstellunb at 14, 15 and 22, while the other switching elements are pressed against the back of the teeth. are.
The fib. 3 and 4 show an embodiment in which the mentioned angle, here 18. 19, 20, is greater than that in Fib. 1 is shown. The Scha.ltzäline are provided with wedge-shaped grooves 21 which run along the circumference of the gearwheel. The Seha.ltor-ane 3 are designed so that their ends fit into these wedge-shaped grooves 21.
The power is transmitted from the switching devices to the wedge surfaces of the grooves in the teeth.
The power can be transmitted either from the axis 1 to the carrying wheel 2 and with the switching elements 3 to the gear wheel 9, or vice versa, from gear wheel 9 to the Aelise 1.
The gear wheel can also, instead of as indicated, be provided with outwardly directed gear teeth, in which case the. Switching orba.ne can be attached outside the wheel mentioned.
In the game Ausführungsbei described the switching elements and teeth are arranged in the radial direction to each other; it the gear wheel and the gearshift line could be arranged in a .-, ialer P.ic@lit.ung next to the carrier wheel: a, with the gearwheel and the gearshift elements dri @ hba.r should have been babbling.
