Rotary rubber printing machine equipped for printing in several colors. The subject of the present invention forming rubber printing rotary machine for printing in several colors has a printing unit with a total of four cylinders, namely two plate cylinders intended to accommodate printing plates, a transmission cylinder covered with rubber blanket and a printing cylinder that is only half Has the diameter of the transmission cylinder. This printing unit is equipped with a cutting unit, from mobile device for feeding the paper from the roll upstream.
In the case of G11mmidruek rotary machines that have become known so far, only a sheet feeder was provided.
The accompanying drawing schematically represents an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
The plate cylinder P is set up to accommodate two printing plates a, b, the plate cylinder P 'to accommodate two printing plates c, d. The transfer cylinder of the G can take two rubber blankets, e, <I> f </I>, but has no grippers; however, clamping devices indicated by spindles are provided. The Druckzylin the D is equipped with grippers h to capture the sheet, has half the diameter of the plate cylinder and respectively. of the transfer cylinder and is covered with a transferable cloth.
The paper web <I> n </I> coming from the paper roll <I> m </I> is guided over various paper guide rollers 1 to the cutting unit k, where sheets of the appropriate length are cut off and over the tear rollers i to the printing cylinder D are fed. Here they are captured by the gripper h and, depending on the type of pressure to be picked up, guided around by the printing cylinder once or twice.
The drawing; shows that the four cylinders of the printing unit are arranged in the form of such a way that the printing cylinder D is at the bottom of the trunk and the transfer cylinder G is perpendicular above it and the plate cylinders P, P1 take the side branches of said form.
The inking units are provided over the plate cylinders P and P1, which is advantageous for the inking of the printing plates by the form rollers; Their arrangement is as compact as possible, but made in such a way that the cylinders mentioned are still easily accessible. In addition, dampers are planned. Between the inking unit of each cylinder and the dampening roller. there is a relatively large gap so that, if necessary, the printing plates can be comfortably adjusted by hand.
The printed sheets are removed from the printing cylinder by means of a feed-out drum 0 and placed individually or in groups on a delivery table.
A machine of the type described above grants an unusually diverse range of uses in terms of the type of pressure in operation, especially when the device for feeding the paper is approached from the roll. The working possibilities that can be achieved with the machine beyond the usual performance are in particular the following: 1. The sheet is covered with two colors on one side, in such a way that the two colors are applied to the paper one after the other.
The sheet is here led by the impression cylinder empty twice and receives successively from Gien C blankets e and f of the transfer cylinder G an impression. This requires a printing plate on each of the two plate cylinders <I> P, </I> P 'and an inking unit for each printing plate. There. the printing cylinder has to run twice to produce a print, only half as many prints as the printing cylinder makes are empty, which may be referred to as half production.
The sheet is printed with two colors on one side, but in such a way that the two colors are transferred to the paper at once; the sheet needs to be guided around with the impression cylinder only once and receives an impression from the rubber blanket e of the transfer cylinder G in both colors. This requires a printing plate on each of the two plate cylinders P and P1, each with an inking unit; the transfer cylinder carries only one rubber blanket (s).
It is necessary that one of the plate cylinders is set in this way. that he can also give his print image to this same rubber blanket. Since the printing cylinder has to revolve twice to produce a print with this type of use, too, only half production is created.
3. The sheet is printed with two colors on one side, the two colors being transferred to the paper simultaneously, as in the case? Here, however, the two plate cylinders P and P 'should each have two printing plates and one inking unit each, the transfer cylinder G must have two rubber stamps (e and f) so that a sheet is printed every time the printing cylinder is rotated, i.e. whole Production arises.
-1. The sheets are printed on one side with two colors in SchöndriiclL, on the other side with one color in reverse printing. One plate cylinder is covered with two printing plates each operated by an inking unit, the other only with one. For example, two colors are transferred to the blanket e and one color to the blanket f,
which transfers its print image to the blanket of the printing cylinder. Here the impression cylinder has to rotate twice before the sheet is executed, so that only half production occurs.
5. The sheet is printed on one side with a color in Sahöndruck and on the other side with a color in reverse pressure. Each plate cylinder has a printing plate and an inking unit. The label carrier cylinder is covered with two rubber blankets, each of which transfers its imprint to the one of the Druel @ zy linder. Front and back printing takes place at the same time.
To print a sheet, the printing cylinder has to make two revolutions, which means that only half production is achieved.
6. The sheet is printed with one color on one side. If each plate cylinder carries a printing plate with the same print image and an imprint of its associated pressure plate is transferred to each of the two blankets e and f of the transmission cylinder G, a sheet can be printed with each unidirection of the printing cylinder. The machine does the whole production.
7. With an arrangement of two printing plates on the two plate cylinders and two inking units for each plate cylinder, two blankets on the transfer cylinder, four colors can be printed on one side, with two colors on the two blankets of the transfer cylinder and one after the other for each one turn of the printing cylinder can be delivered to the paper, so that only half production is used.
B. If, when the plates are arranged on, the plate cylinders, as indicated under 7, the imprint on one of the rubber blankets of the transfer cylinder is given again to the rubber blanket of the printing cylinder, so the sheet can be printed on one side with two colors and printed on the other side with two colors in reverse printing. The machine is half production.
9. When arranging two printing plates on each plate cylinder and allocating one inking unit for each plate cylinder, two colors in face printing and two colors in reverse printing, which are equal to face printing, can be produced. The machine does half production.
The machine for printing in two colors with two plate cylinders has the advantage that when a printing plate is attached to each plate cylinder, each printing unit does not need to be lifted from the plate cylinder, but always remains in its position, so that vibration nen, as with removable inking units, are excluded.
The plate cylinders can support different types of printing plates; One plate cylinder can carry a normal flat printing plate, the other a deep-etched or highly etched printing plate or a stereotype plate; Furthermore, the most favorable pressure for printing between the plate and transfer cylinder can be set independently for each I printing plate.
If, due to the size of the edition or other circumstances, it is expedient to create sheets by hand or automatically, the sheet cutting unit for printing can be moved away from the roll, which is set up so that a sheet feed device for self-employed people can replace it Manual contact can occur. -
