Electric drive unit for toilet seats with movable Schiitzpapierbaud. It is known to cover 'toilet seats' to protect against the transmission of pathological substances, as well as for reasons of general cleanliness, with a paper tape which has holes corresponding to the frame cutout and which is moved one hole further after each use by pulling it off a roller. and rolled up onto another.
The present invention relates to an electric drive device for the movement, this protective paper tape.
The novelty of the drive device according to the invention is that the armature of an electromagnet engaging one arm of a locking lever pulls the locking lever out of the 8perrla.ge when its circuit closes, the other arm of which locks an organ driven by a drive motor, whereupon the .by an activated by the locking lever operated Kontaktvorrich device electric motor moves the protective paper tape via a gear until the retracting locking lever moves the contact device back and thereby interrupts the motor current, and immediately stops the gear.
The circuit of the electromagnet can be closed either by a special switch operated by hand or when the toilet door is opened, or by a contact arranged in the door lock, or in public toilets with a combination lock, the magnetic circuit can be operated by this at the same time as the lock mechanism closes the insertion of the coin.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 is a side view, partly in section, FIG. 2 is an end view, partly in section, and FIG. 3 is a plan view with the housing cut away; Fig. 4 is the circuit diagram.
1 is the base plate on which the entire drive device enclosed in a housing 2 is mounted. 11 is. the side of the housing 2 on a console be fastened drive motor, under which the fuses and power supply terminals are arranged in a termination box. By means of the worm 3, the motor i31 drives the worm wheel 5, which is firmly wedged on the shaft 4 which is supported in the housing 2.
The worm wheel is connected by an automatic friction clutch 6 to the spur wheel 7 fixed next to it on the shaft 4, which is connected to a spur wheel 7 on the parallel to the shaft 4 in the housing \? ge superimposed shaft 9 wedged spur gear 8 is engaged. The spur gear 10, also wedged on the shaft 9, meshes with a spur gear 11 loosely seated on the shaft 4, which is firmly connected to a locking disc 12 seated next to it. Below the locking disk 12, the locking lever 14 designed as an angle lever is rotatable on a bracket 13 fixed in the housing.
one arm 1'la of which extends upwards to the locking disk 12, in the detent 19a of which a locking block 15 inserted on the arm 14a falls, while the other arm 14b, extends sideways to 'under the underneath the detent disk 1? arranged electromagnet 16 extends, with the armature 16a it is articulated, a return spring 17, the return of the locking lever in the rest position 14 ensures in the event of sticking of the magnet.
At a lateral approach of the locking lever arm 1.1a two contact springs 18 and 19 are mounted, one of which is constantly, the other only in the working position has contact with the associated fixed contact plates 20, 21, on wel chen the motor circuit is. By an easily releasable coupling 22,. whose claws of one coupling half, held by an expandable clamping ring, engage in the circumferential slots of the second coupling half, the drive device is connected to the drive roller A of the protective paper tape mechanism.
The latter is shown schematically in the circuit diagram of FIG. 4 and omitted for understanding
