Würde man durch die Pumpe 9 die Hilfs- flüssibkeit mit dein Druck des Einclampf- behä.lters 1 durch den Gegenstromvorwärmer 1!i schicken, so würde. zwar im Ge;

Device for generating steam of higher tension by introducing steam into liquids. It is known that higher voltage steam can be generated by using the heat released when steam is introduced into suitable liquids as heat of generation and the auxiliary liquid diluted by the introduction of steam is in turn evaporated under pressure. The temperature in the evaporation tank is usually considerably higher than the temperature in the mixing tank.
It has now been proposed to switch a countercurrent preheater between the mixing tank and the evaporation tank, which BEZW the temperature of the auxiliary liquid to a certain extent the temperatures in the evaporation tank. Brings the mixing container closer.
In-depth investigations show, however, that this compensation is only very incomplete and that the efficiency of the entire system can be decisively influenced by a more complete compensation. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the liquid is placed under higher pressure than that of the concentration container before it enters an evaporation container.
On the attached drawing. an embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown.
In the evaporation tank 1 and in your mixing tank 2 is the auxiliary liquid, for example sodium hydroxide solution. Through a furnace 3 is in the evaporation tank 1 from the auxiliary liquid water vapor he testifies, which is taken ent through a pipe 4, after work in a pipe 5 and from here to a mixing nozzle 6, in which it combines with the auxiliary liquid. The heat released generates water vapor in a steam boiler 7, which water vapor is removed through a line 8.
A wheel pump 9 is used to generate a circulation of the auxiliary liquid between the evaporation container 1 and the mixing container 2. It pushes the auxiliary liquid under a higher pressure than the pressure in the evaporation container 1 into the counterflow preheater 10. In a throttle valve 11 sinks. is the pressure on the pressure of the evaporation container 1, and with this pressure the auxiliary liquid passes through a pipe 1? and the composite flow preheater 10 and a pipe 13 to a throttle valve 14.
From here it is returned to the egg mixing container with appropriate relaxation.
When considering the mode of operation, it can be assumed that the concentration of the auxiliary liquid in the mixing container is considerably lower. than in the evaporation tank 1.
As a result, the boiling temperature of the auxiliary liquid in the container is considerably lower than in container 1 for two reasons, namely firstly because of the lower concentration and secondly because of the lower pressure.
If the pump 9 were to send the auxiliary liquid with the pressure of the Einclampf- container 1 through the countercurrent preheater 1! I, then. although in the Ge;
enstrom preheater 10 the lowering of the boiling point caused by the lower pressure cease to exist, but the lowering of the boiling point caused by the lower concentration remains.
Therefore, only a very imperfect temperature compensation could be achieved in the countercurrent preheater, since the liquid moving towards the evaporation tank boils nicely lower than the liquid returning from the evaporation tank, which of course must be avoided in the preheater.
