Stift zum Verbinden von Maschinenteilen oder dergleichen., Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stift zum Verbinden von mehreren Teilen irgendwelcher Art, soll aber in erster Linie in Maschinen-, Werkzeug-, oder Vorrichtungenbau als Pass- und Arretierstift Verwendung finden und hier die bisher gebräuchlichen zylindrischen oder kegelförmigen Stifte aus Vollmaterial ersetzen.
Im wesentlichen besteht der neue Stift aus einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper, der seiner ganzen Länge nach aufgeschlitzt und min destens an einem Ende mit einem konischen Anlauf versehen ist, der das Einführen des Stiftes in das zugehörige Loch erleichtert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. 1 in einer Seitenansicht und in Fig. 2 in einem Grundriss.
Wie aus der Darstellung ersichtlich, ist der zylindrische Hohlkörper a mit dem Längs schlitz b und in vorliegendem Fall an dem untern Ende mit dem konischen Anlauf c versehen. Der Durchmesser des Stiftes a muss in jedem Fall etwas grösser sein als der jenige des Loches, in welches derselbe ein geschlagen wird. Der Stift spannt sich dann beim Einschlagen in peripherischer Richtung und legt sich dadurch vollkommen fest an die Wand des Loches an, wodurch nicht nur ein sicherer Halt, sondern auch ein voll kommenes Zentrieren der zu verbindenden Teile erreicht wird.
Das Entfernen des Stiftes aus dem Loch erfolgt entweder durch Herausschlagen des selben mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Werkzeuges, oder man versieht den Stift in 'der Nähe des Schlitzes und nahe dem Ende mit einem Loch, in welches ein entsprechender Schlüssel ein gesetzt werden kann, mit dessen Hilfe man den Stift etwas entspannen und dann leicht herausziehen kann.
In Fällen, in welchen der Stift stark auf Schub beansprucht wird, werden zweckmässig in den das Loch füllenden Stift ein oder mehrere weitere Stifte gemäss der Erfindung eingeschlagen.
Versieht man das eine Ende des Stiftes mit einem schneiden- oder zackenartigen Rand, so lässt sich derselbe auch als Mauerdübel verwenden. Hierbei hält man den Stift wäh rend des Einschlagens mit Hilfe eines ent- sprechenden Ringes oder dergleichen, gespannt. Nach Entfernen des Ringes lebt sich die äussere Stiftwandung fest an das Mauerloch an, so dass in der- Stift direkt oder indirekt Gegen- stände, zum Beispiel Traghaken befestigt werden können.
Die Innenwand des Stiftes kann auch mit Gewinde zum Einschrauben von Bolzen oder dergleichen versehen werden.
