Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer komplexen     Wismutverbindung    des aus     Tyrosin    und  Formaldehyd erhältlichen Reaktionsproduktes.    Komplexe     Wismutverbindungen    des     Ty-          rosins    und seiner Derivate sind bis jetzt nicht  bekannt.  



  Versetzt man das durch     Behandeln    von  Formaldehyd mit     Tyrosin    erhältliche Pro  tlukt in wässeriger Lösung mit Essigsäure  und zweckmässig frisch     gefälltem    Wismut  hydroxyd, erwärmt, filtriert, dampft im Va  kuum ein, löst den Rückstand in wenig Was  ser, neutralisiert mit     verdtinnter    Natronlauge  und fällt die wässerige Lösung durch     Einrüh-          ren.    in Alkohol, so. erhält man ein Pulver,  welches etwa 7 % Wismut in komplexer Form  enthält. Das Produkt stellt ein gelbes, in       Wasser    leicht lösliches Produkt dar.     Die     wässerige Lösung reagiert neutral bis schwach  alkalisch.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer wässerigen Lösung des durch  Behandeln von 10     gr        Tyrosin    mit 40     gr        For-          maldehyd    und 10     gr    Natronlauge von<B>30</B> erhältlichen Einwirkungsproduktes werden  20 am<B>,</B> Essigsäure von 80      /a    und frisch ge  fälltes     Wismuthydroxyd    im Überschuss zu  gesetzt und das Ganze drei. Stunden auf dem  Wasserbade erwärmt.

   Das Filtrat     wird    im    Vakuum     eingedampft,    der     Rückstand    mit  wenig Wasser gelöst, mit verdünnter Natron  lauge     neutralisiert    und durch Einrühren in  ,die zirka fünffache Menge Alkohol gefällt.  



  Neutral bis schwach alkalisch reagieren-.  ,des, gelbes Pulver. Es soll therapeutische  Verwendung finden.
