Description

Convenience utensil for the sick. Sick convenience vases usually have a cold, hard rim that ends in. the long one for being annoying for the patient and can even hurt it.

The present invention aims to obviate this drawback; its object. a convenience utensil for patients, characterized by a vase on the rim of which is removably held a hollow ring of flexible material intended to be filled with a fluid.

The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

  Fig. 1 is a vertical section, and fi g. 2 a plan; 1a, fig. 3 is a perspective view.

a is a vase, for example made of porcelain or enamelled sheet metal, on the rim of which a ring formed by an annular rubber pipe c is placed. This pipe is fitted with a valve f which allows it to be filled with air and has three tabs d which engage below the rim of the handle vessel e, to hold the pipe in position.

Instead of the valve, we could see a tubing with tap to fill the pipe with hot water.

The hose, instead of being rubber, could be, for example, waterproof canvas or other similar material.
