Description

  

  Appareil pour fabriquer le sirop de sucre à froid.    La présente invention a pour objet un  appareil pour fabriquer le sirop de sucre à  froid.  



  Le dessin annexé donne, à titre d'exemple,  une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la pré  sente invention, vue en coupe.  



  Cet appareil comporte deux récipients 4  et B superposés et emboîtés l'un sur l'autre.  Le récipient A, dit de dissolution, dont le  fond est percé de trous C porte sur son fond  un filtre D en cellulose ou autre matière  filtrante. Ce filtre D est maintenu par un  treillis métallique     .L'    fixé dans le récipient  par une bague     F    en caoutchouc ou autre       matière    élastique, appuyant contre les parois  du récipient A.  



  Le récipient B; qui est le réceptacle,  comporte un bossage G, limitant la péné  tration du récipient<I>A</I> dans le récipient<I>B.</I>  Entre ce bossage G et le fond du récipient     A.     sont disposés également un disque métallique  percé     H,    un second filtre en cellulose l et  un second treillis métallique J Ces trois  pièces<I>B T</I> et J sont maintenues serrées  entre elles par une bague en caoutchouc     .g     appuyant contre les parois du récipient B.

      Le récipient B est muni à sa partie in  férieure d'un robinet de vidange L et d'un  indicateur de niveau     fil.    Le récipient B est  muni d'un tuyau N pour l'échappement de  l'air contenu dans le récipient et chassé par  le remplissage du récipient de sirop. 0 est  le couvercle de l'appareil et P sont des anses.  



  Le récipient     g    est gradué dans le but  de permettre de doser la quantité de     sucre     nécessaire à un volume d'eau déterminé pour  obtenir une dissolution d'un degré de con  centration désiré.  



  Si le sucre fond difficilement et qu'une  partie non-dissoute reste dans le récipient  après l'écoulement du sirop, on filtre une  seconde fois la dissolution soutirée du réci  pient inférieur. Cet appareil peut fournir une  dissolution à 35   Baumé (870 gr de sucre  par litre de sirop).
