Armbrust.
Crossbow. The crossbow which forms the subject of the present invention is distinguished from the known ones in that the arrow stop is adjustable at the rear end of the arrow guide (arrow path). The arrow flight is significantly influenced by the length of the arrow path, and even small differences in the arrow path length have a major impact on the accuracy of shooting.
The fact that the arrow stop is adjustable according to the grounding means that the shooter can regulate the effective length of the arrow path himself.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: Figure 1 shows a crossbow partially in section; Fig. 2 shows part of the crossbow in a view from above; Fig. 3 is a cross section along the line A-A of Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 shows a variant of the trigger device in side view.
In the front end of the crossbow body 1 (Fig. 1) a metal mount 2 is attached by means of a screw 3 '. In this version 2, the sheet 3 is held in a well-fitting manner by a plate 4 which is screwed to the metal frame 2 .mittelst screws 5. The arch 3 is fitted in a snug fit in the recess of the metal frame 2 so that it has a firm hold there.
In the body 1 (Fig. 2), the groove 6 is arranged to receive the arrow in a known manner and a G.leit- in the groove. body 7 with dovetail guide (Fig. 3). A screw 8 is provided in the sliding body 7 which can be screwed against a plate 9 fixed to the body 1, so that the sliding body 7 is clamped in its guide.
It is up to the archer to adjust the sliding body 7 and thus the rear stop of the arrow, so that the length of the arrow on the crossbow and thus the shooting accuracy of the crossbow itself can be regulated. In the body 1 (crossbow shaft), the tendon bar 10 is rotatably arranged on a beam 11. It is held in its locking position by a locking member 12. The locking member 12 is under the action of a spring 14 which strives to hold the locking member 12 in the locking position (FIG. 1).
The locking member 12 can be adjusted against the action of the spring 14 by means of the trigger 15. The latter is provided with a cam 16, which comes to the bolt 12 anzulie conditions, the shooter an approximately. increased resistance when pulling this shot, i.e. can grasp the so-called pressure point. The cam 16 can be arbitrarily shaped to cover the period between the occurrence of the pressure point and the start of the shot, d. H. to be able to make any length until the bolt 12 slides off the tendon bolt 10. The pull-off device can also be designed as shown in FIG. 4.
In this Ausfüh tion, the trigger guard is formed without cams. It is not possible to grasp the pressure point here (trigger without pressure point).
