Cesspit agitator. The subject of the present invention is a cesspool agitator, in particular of so-called stable pits.
The novelty of the agitator according to the present invention consists in the fact that agitator disks are arranged obliquely to one another at certain intervals on a shaft running through the pit.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and two detailed variants are shown in the accompanying drawing, specifically showing: FIG. 1 the named exemplary embodiment in elevation; Fig. 2 shows a detail of the same in longitudinal section; Fig. 3 and 4 show the two detailed variants.
1 (Fis. 1) is the lower part of the wall tion of a stable pit G, in which a wooden ZVelle 2 is arranged with a square cross-section. Depending on the length of the pit, this shaft consists of several pieces, which are held together by means of couplings 3 made of metal (Fig. 2), the shaft ends being offset in the middle and overlapping one another. In each coupling, the shaft is mounted in a pillow block bearing 4, where the outer surface of the coupling 3 forms the running surface.
The left-hand end of the shaft 2 has an iron stub shaft 5, which is guided through the pit wall and stored in it, and the bearing in the wall contains a stuffing sleeve 6 for sealing purposes. The drive belt pulley 7 is placed on the outer end of the stub shaft 5. Stirring disks 8 are placed on the shaft at certain intervals, which are held in their position by wedges 9 driven into grooves of the shaft and the stirring disks, arranged on both sides.
These agitator disks are arranged askew to each other on the wave nose.
The arrangement of the bearing on the drive side in the above embodiment often has the disadvantage that if the subsoil is poor, as a result of the sinking or cracking of the pit wall, the liquid manure infiltrates the breakthrough in the storage and emerges, and that: I am due to the external reduction in the age -, variability in four waves.
In such a case it is therefore better to move the bearing on the drive side into the cesspool so that the shaft does not penetrate the wall anywhere. Such an embodiment of the storage is shown in Fib. '3'. Here is the Wel lenende 2 with a stub shaft. ' 5 'coupled,
which was lapped in a storage case 20 that was placed in the cesspool and was closed on all sides. This stub shaft is driven by the belt pulley 13 by means of the two bevel gear mechanisms 10 and 11 and an auxiliary shaft 12,
The entire preliminary document is accommodated in the bearing housing 20 and at least partially runs in a (ilbath. The pressure of the oil in the Lauer housing # balances out approximately against the pressure (Ur. Immersion, so that it is not bluntly along the shaft 5 ' can penetrate.
The Ge housing 20 is set up by means of a foot on your pit floor and supported in the upper parts on a crossbeam 1.1. ..In place of the bevel gears, other transmission means could also be provided.
Depending on the local arrangement, it may also be reasonable to drive the agitator shaft not from one end but from the middle. In this case (FIG. 4) a decided lab housing 20 'is provided, in the lower part of which a stub shaft 1: 5 with an attached chain wheel 16, which is coupled to the shaft sections 2, 2 on both sides is, is stored.
