demselben jede beliebige Förderhöhe einge stellt ,>erden.
Handgriffen :30 besitzt.
Die Achse 27 ist zwischen den Rädern nach unten gekröpft und dureliclrino,t das Gestell 26 bei 31. An der Achse 27 ist ferner der Hebel 32 fest angebracht, mittelst welchem. die Achse 2 7 unrl damit die Räder 28 uni die Drebpunkte 31 geschwenkt;
Device for loading bricks, bricks and other bulk goods. The known, stationary elevators with elevators are used for lifting and conveying loads in a vertical direction. These stationary elevators have the disadvantage that, once installed, they can only be used at de-m certain locations, that is to say with a limited radius of action.
In recent times, however, the need for lifting devices has emerged, particularly in brickworks, gravel pits and the like, by means of which bricks, bricks and other bulk goods can be loaded at any point. The present inven tion now shows a device for loading Ver that is transportable and can therefore be set up every time at the desired location.
In the drawing, such a device for loading is, for example, Darge, in Fig. 1 in elevation; Fig. 2 is a horizontal section along A-B of Figs. 1 and Fig. 3 is the side elevation; Figures 4, 5 and 6 are details.
The moving platform 1, which with. can be driven over by a handcart, moves with the four 'rollers 2 fastened in it' in the vertical guides 3. The platform 1 is on four cables .4, which run over the cable pulleys 5 to the winch , hang up. This winch has four cable drums 6, the two shafts 7 and 8, the electric motor 9, the worm gear 10, the spur gear 11, the clutch 12 and the band brake 13. Two of the cable drums 6 each sit firmly on the shafts 7 and B.
The shaft 7 is driven by the electric motor 9 and the worm gear 10. The movement is transmitted to the shaft 8 by the spur gear 11 running at a ratio of 1: 1. Between the motor 9 and the worm gear 10 there is the clutch 12 with which the band brake 13 acts on it. The stop 14 for the automatic disconnection of the electric motor 9 is also attached to the platform 1. This automatic Motorausschal device consists of the rods 15 and 15 ', which are replaced by chains 16 above and below the chain wheels 17 are placed.
The strand 15 of the linkage is firmly entwined4 with the switch lever 18 of the motor control box 19. On the other strand 1,5 'the stop cam 20 is fixed at the bottom and the stop cam 21 is mounted displaceably and lockable at the top.
The stop 1..1 fastened to the platform 1 extends in the form of a fork around the linkage 15 ', on which the stop cams 20 and 21 are attached, but without during travel. the platform 1 to move the linkage.
Only when the stop 1.1 hits the connection lugs 20 or 21 is the linkage moved.
The circuit now proceeds as follows: By pulling upwards by hand, bci #; pic1s-wise on the linkage 15, the motor is switched on by lever 1.8 and the platform moves upwards. As soon as the stop 1d- hits the stop cam 21,
e = r takes the linkage 15 'with and switches the switch lever 18 of the Selialtkastens 19 to back and thus the motor 9 off.
For downward movement unl the platform, a pull is exerted by hand on the Gxe .tängestran- 15 in the opposite direction as before, that is, downward., In front of the platform 1, when it has reached the bottom,
the motor is again automatically switched off by stop 1.1 and stop cams 20. Since the upper Ans cbla @ -nocken 21 is slidable, but lockable on the rod 15 ', can with.
any delivery head is set to the same,> earth. So that the motor quickly comes to a standstill after the automatic shutdown by the linkage,
With your lower sprocket 17 of the switch-off device, a band brake is operated. Lii@ie.rt. The function of this band brake is illustrated in greater detail in FIGS. 1, 5 and 6.
The band 13 of the band brake acts on the clutch 12 between the motor 9 and the worm gear 10 and is seated on an actuating gable 22, which has its center of gravity at 23. The brake lever 22 is lifted by the two cams 21 of the lower chain wheel 1.7 when the latter moves and is pulled back by the spring 25 when the chain wheel 17 moves backward. With lever 22 in position I (from.
pulled) the brake is applied and in-i position II (punlctieit) released. The position 1 corresponds to the rule position of the platform.
As soon as the linkage 15 is pulled for the purpose of switching on the drive, the brake is released by the cam 24. If the platform automatically switches off the electric current by means of the stop 11, it also becomes automatic. the brake. attracted so that the engine stops immediately.
The whole arrangement is now built into an underframe 26 (which has a cum 27 with two parts 28 and two levers 29. Handles: 30.
The axis 27 is cranked down between the wheels and dureliclrino, t the frame 26 at 31. The lever 32 is also firmly attached to the axis 27, by means of which. the axis 2 7 and so that the wheels 28 and the pivot points 31 are pivoted;
- can earth (dotted position III). In position IV of the wheels (pulled out), the frame 26 lies horizontally on the floor.
This position is taken while working. For transport, the wheels are moved to the dotted position III (, - (1 #, pivots, by means of the lever 32, before the frame 20 comes into an elevated position above the floor and the entire device can be transported.
An Arretieranschla @ 33 holds the lever 32 in position III.
The device can be designed to be moderate instead of mobile or portable with four levers.
