Mischhahn.
Fig. 1 stellt einen Längsschnitt durch die Hauptachse des Mischhahnes in geschlosse nem Zustande dar; Fig. 2 stellt einen Längsschnitt durch die Hauptachse des Mischhahnes in anderer Aus führung und in geöffnetem Zustande dar, wobei diejenigen Organe, die mit der ersten Ausführung übereinstimmen, senkrecht zu 'jener Ansicht geschnitten sind; Fib. 3 stellt einen Querschnitt des Halni@_s dar;
wovon zwei (in Fib. 1 beschnitten) gegen den Mischraum- abgetrennt, aber durch seitliche Bohrungen mit den Einlaufbohrtrngen in Ver- hindunb sind, während die zwei andern mit der Mis;
Offenbar künnti@ das Absperrorgan statt als Ventil als ReiliF@r ocl(@r Schieber ausgebildet werden; dc;,,leiclirn könnte clas Regulier- organ, stalt ein Reibe(. ein Schieber oder Ventil sein, ohne dass am ZVesen der I;

Mixer tap. The subject of the present invention is a mixer tap for two liquids, for example for cold and hot water, which contains two actuating elements, namely a regulating element for adjusting the mixture as required and a shut-off element for shutting off and opening the two inlets and also the outlet.
The previously known mixer taps are essentially nothing more than a connection of two separate taps, one each for the cold and hot water, with a common outlet. In order to produce a mixture of any temperature, both taps must be opened more or less wide so that it is not possible to take a mixture of a certain temperature from the mixing track from the start. In addition, a mixing track is also known which has only a single actuating element with which both a valve can be opened and the mixture can be metered.
However, the desired temperature of the mixed water is every time by trial and error. to determine. _ The mixer tap, which is the subject of this patent, now allows, in contrast to the known mixer taps, to be able to immediately remove mixed water by opening just a single organ, which is set once and for all to the desired temperature by the other organ and at will dosed willow spell. Since the mixer tap in some cases, for example when connected to an electric hot water heater, closes the crack water source, it is necessary to provide a safety valve. For this purpose, the mixer tap can also be designed as a safety valve.
An embodiment of the mixer tap is shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the main axis of the mixer tap in the closed condition; Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the main axis of the mixer tap in a different execution and in the open state, with those organs that correspond to the first embodiment, cut perpendicular to 'that view; Fib. 3 shows a cross section of the Halni @ _s;
For. 4 shows in a smaller Malistab than the previous Eiburen a view of the mixer tap according to a third embodiment: Fib. 5 represents the central outline of the fib. 4 represents.
The mixer tap essentially consists of a housing 1 with a cylindrical cavity, which has nozzles? And 3 for connecting the two supply lines.
In the cavity of the housing and between the inlet nozzle there is the cylindrical Ptebulierorran 4, which in the present case (-i- in the case has the shape of a drum). The grater (4 contains a cylindrical cavity at the bottom, named 3lisehraum, and above four sector-like spaces (Fib. 3),
of which two (trimmed in Fib. 1) are separated from the mixing space, but are prevented by lateral bores with the inlet bores, while the other two with the mis;
@likammer are connected (in Fib.2 (cut). The barrel 4 is covered by disk 7. The grater (connected and pinned and also connected to the mixing chamber is the outlet pipe Fr, which is opened by the lever (i bedrelii, with the R.eiber taking part in the dreliunb.
Above the grater (the shut-off device B. is provided with a flat diclitunbsfläche and provided with: Dieli-tunb 9 .. The valve is shaped like a piston and is woven and provides a seal in the housing of the mixing valve of the handwheel 1.1 can be lifted from its seat by the cover 13 being shaped as a nut.
In the second embodiment according to Fib. 2, the spindle 10 mix: is connected to the valve 8 in such a way that the latter can slide a little on the spindle in the axial direction.
By means of a spring 11, which is arranged between the counter disk 1.2 and the valve 8, the valve is pressed in the lowest position against the valve seat, i.e. the grater (4. In a third embodiment, which is shown in the Fit-. -1 and 5 is shown, instead of a straight outlet pipe, a cranked pipe I. ") is indicated,
that buried at the same time in place of the lever (i turn the grater 4 zri..: Lucli, the connecting pieces are arranged differently: than in Fib. 1. to 3.
The "-'irkun @@ sw @ i: c of the Miseliliahnes according to Fib. 1 and 3 is the following: It should be anber @@@ mmen,
(lall hot water from linh8 Find cold water from reelits into the tap. When the valve 8 is lifted, the upper () opening of the grater 4 is covered,
so that hot and cold water flow in through the inlets and the two inlet chambers dus R.eibers and get through the other two chambers into the mixing chamber. iun through the outlet raw (to flow off.
If the egg operator ensures that the inlet on the right bar is not covered, only cold water flows in. If the inlet on the left is open, only hot water flows in.
In all intermediate positions of the friction, the two inlets are more or less throttled so that cold water and cold water can flow in. The ratio between the two liquids can flow through.
The rotation of the reamer can be changed and thus the temperature of the water can be regulated.
In the embodiment according to Fi-. ? the economic process is the dykes. However, the mixer tap acts as a safety valve in the event that one of the two liquids becomes overpressed for any reason.
In this hall, the @ lüssi @ .r, pressure on the valve will overcome the counterpressure caused by spring 11 and will be able to compensate for the excess pressure of the liquid.
Apparently, instead of a valve, the shut-off device could be designed as a ReiliF @ r ocl (@r slide; dc; ,, leiclirn could be the regulating organ, instead of a grater (. A slide or valve without the I;
Findun (would be changed. Likewise, the essence of the invention would not be altered if the spindle were rotatably arranged while the spindle nut was rotatably arranged.
