Description
Zellensilo mit rechteckigem oder rechteckähnlichem Querschnitt. Es sind Zellensilos mit rechteckigem od,:r rechtuekähnlichem Querschnitt bekannt, de ren Trennungswände durch übereinanderge- labe;
Cell silo with a rectangular or rectangular cross-section. Cell silos with a rectangular cross-section are known, whose partition walls are superposed;
Te concrete beams are formed with such a cross-section that they are delimited along them by the natural slope of the stored goods, which are connected to vertical air ducts in the cell corners.
The present invention relates to a cell silo of this type. It is characterized by the fact that the corner channels of the cells are formed by the fork-shaped design of the concrete bulbs which, when superimposed, form the cell separation walls.
The drawing illustrates a fragment of an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention by FIG. 1 in vertical section and by FIG. 2 in horizontal section.
The dividing walls of the cell silo shown are formed by the reinforced concrete beams a, which are shaped like a cross-section and which are tightly stacked on top of each other and along the bottom through the natural slope of the stored goods, such as grains, legumes, maize, etc., horizontal air ducts are formed, as can be seen from FIG. 1.
The concrete beams a- are fork-shaped at their ends at b (Fig. 2), which enables a particularly simple formation of the vertical corner channels c in the cells.
Due to the fork-shaped design of the beam ends, the volume of a cell is not reduced as much as when the beams are straight through and the channels are attached to them. Furthermore, this design of the bars is statically important insofar as in the case of bars joined together to form a cell silo, the point of the greatest bending moment is now also the point of the greatest moment of inertia of the wall cross-section.
