Description
Walzenkarde. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Walzenkarde, bei der im Gegensatz zu den bisher bekannten Walzenkarden unter dem Briseur drei Arbeiter angeordnet sind, welche nicht von Wendern benachbart sind. Hierdurch sollen insbesondere beim Krempeln von Wolle und Baumwolle Vorteile erzielt werden, welche später unten angegeben sind.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel schematisch dargestellt.
Es ist 1 der grosse Tambour, 2 ein Speisezylinder. Es ist 3 der Briseur; 4 sind Arbeiter der Deckelseite, deren jedem ein Wender 5 beigegeben ist. 6 ist der Volant und 7 der Abnehmer.
Unter dem Briseur 3 sind drei Arbeiter 8, 9, 10 so angeordnet, dass sie vom grossen Tambour 1 rein gehalten werden. Deshalb brauchen sie nicht von Wendern benachbart zu sein.
Infolge der Anordnung von drei Arbei tern an dieser Stelle ohne Wender wird das Fasergut dreimal bearbeitet und dann erst an den grossen Tambour abgegeben. Das hat die Vorteile, dass sich ein nissenfreieres Garn erzielen lässt, dass weniger Abfall entsteht und weniger Ausstossen nötig wird, sowie dass die Tambourgarnitur mehr geschont wird.

Under the briseur 3, three workers 8, 9, 10 are arranged so that they are kept clean by the large drum 1. Therefore they do not need to be adjacent to reversers.
As a result of the arrangement of three workers at this point without a turner, the fiber material is processed three times and only then transferred to the large drum. This has the advantages that a yarn that is free of nits can be achieved, that less waste is produced and less ejection is required, and that the drum clothing is more protected.
