Description
Strassenbelag. Das Hauptpatent betrifft einen Strassen belag, welcher aus Elementen aus armiertem Beton zusammengesetzt ist, die durch an min destens zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Endflächen vorspringende, miteinander ver bundene Teile der Armierung zu einem ein heitlichen Belag vereinigt sind.
Bei den im Hauptpatent veranschaulich ten Ausführungen des Belages ist nun die Verbindung der vorspringenden Armierungs- teile der Betonelemente an den Stosskanten dadurch bewerkstelligt, dass diese Armierungs- teile zu Ösen ausgebildet sind und durch je zwei aneinanderliegende Ösenreihen neben einanderliegender Elemente ein Verbindungs stab durchgestossen ist.
Dies ist nun natürlich an den Stellen, wo die Strassenaxe von der Geraden abweicht, also bei Kurven und Biegungen, nicht gut auszuführen, da hier die Stosskanten der ein zelnen Elemente nicht parallel zueinander liegen, sondern von der Innenkrümmung der Strasse aus nach aussen hin divergieren.
Gemäss der Erfindung geschieht dies nun dadurch, dass an jenen Stellen, wo die Strasse von der Geraden abweicht, auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Stosskanten benachbarter Betonelemente die Armierungsstäbe in Ösen endigen, welche durch Klammern paarweise miteinander verbunden sind.
Beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in der Zeich nung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 zwei aneinanderstossende Beton elemente eines Strassenbelages im Grundriss; Fig. 2 zeigt einen Längsschnitt hiervon, und Fig. 3 eine weitere Ausführungsform im Schnitt.
Fig. 1 zeigt zwei Betonplatten 1 und 2 einer Strassenbiegung. An den einander ge genüberliegenden Stosskanten der Platten sind die Armierungsstäbe zu horizontalen Ösen 3 bezw. 4 ausgebildet, die aus dem Beton herausragen und paarweise durch Klammern 5 miteinander verbunden sind. Der Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Platten 1 und 2 ist mit Beton 6 ausgefüllt.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Strassenbelag mit als U-förmige Balken 7 und 8 ausgebildeten Be tonelementen. Hier ragen bei einer Strassen biegung die obern Armierungsstäbe mit ihren zu Lisen 3 und 4 ausgebildeten Enden aus dem Beton an den Längskanten der Balken heraus und sind durch Klammern 5 paar weise miteinander verbunden. Der Zzvisehen- raum zwischen den Balken 7 und 8 wird ebenfalls mit Beton ausgefüllt.

In the versions of the covering illustrated in the main patent, the connection of the protruding reinforcement parts of the concrete elements at the abutting edges is achieved in that these reinforcement parts are formed into eyelets and a connecting rod is pierced through two adjacent rows of eyelets of adjacent elements.
This is of course not easy to do at the points where the axis of the road deviates from the straight line, i.e. in curves and bends, since the abutting edges of the individual elements are not parallel to each other, but diverge outwards from the inner curve of the road .
According to the invention, this is done in that at those points where the road deviates from the straight line, the reinforcing bars end in eyelets on the opposing abutting edges of adjacent concrete elements, which are connected in pairs by brackets.
For example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing, namely: Figure 1 shows two abutting concrete elements of a road surface in plan; Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section thereof, and Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment in section.
Fig. 1 shows two concrete slabs 1 and 2 of a road bend. At a bend in the road, the upper reinforcing bars protrude with their ends formed into pilaster strips 3 and 4 out of the concrete at the longitudinal edges of the beams and are connected to one another in pairs by brackets 5.
