Device for holding workpieces to be processed. The present device for holding workpieces that are processed consists of an elongated elbow, in the legs of the length of the elbow after running guide flashes are available, in which at least one device for clamping the work piece on the elbow and a device for striking a are slidable and lockable on the angle piece placed work piece.
The accompanying drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 is a partial view of the device; Fig. 2 is a cross-section on the line II-II of Fig. 1; FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 1.
In Figs. 4-7 the scale is slightly larger than in the previous ones.
Fig. 4 is a longitudinal section on the line IV-IV of Fig. 5; Figure 5 is a cross-section on the line V-V of Figure 4; Fig. 6 is a longitudinal section on the line VI-VI of Fig. 7; FIG. 7 is a cross section along the line VII-VII of FIG. 6.
In the drawing, 1 is a board standing on edge, on which a board 2 is fastened in a horizontal position in such a way that its edge 2a protrudes somewhat over the surface of FIG. Below the edge 211 a lath 1a is attached to the board 1, so that a groove is formed between it and this edge.
With the board 1 supports 4, hold ge by intermediate layers 1b at some distance, firmly screwed. On the supports 4 a bar 3 is attached, which has a groove 17 on its outside, which is partially covered by flat iron 3a and 311, which lie along the groove and jump over the same evenly before, so that a -förtniger guide slot is created. On the side facing the boards 1, 2, the bar 3 also has a groove which is the same as the groove formed by the edge 2a, the lath Ja and the board 1 and which is exactly opposite.
Between the bar 3 and the boards 1 and 2, a guide slot 16 with a cross-shaped (# rier, schrritt ge forms in this way.
The device for clamping the workpiece to your angle piece consists of an elongated plate 6 with two nut screws 18 and 20, the hupfe? 1., 21 'of these screws are loosely guided in the guide slot 17 of the angle piece and the nut of the screw 20 between the plate 6 and Winl:
elstüek, so that it forms an adjustable support for the plate 6, while the nut of the screw 18 aul ') lies outside the plate and is designed as a wing screw 19 so that a workpiece inserted between the angle piece and plate through Tightening the wing nut on the angle piece can be clamped first.
The stop device consists of an on the inside of one leg of the angle piece 1, 2, 3, lying over the continuous guide slot 16 (-u'e "Errscheibe 5, which protrude through wing nut screw 8, the hop 7 of which into the guide slot 16), A triangular iron plate 9 is rotatably attached to one of its corners on this plate 5.
The iron plate 9 protrudes with its upper corner through the upper part of the groove 16 beyond the surface of the strip 3. An adjusting screw 10 acts on its lower free * corner.
If a board 12, which is to be planed for example, is placed on the leg 2 of the angle piece 1, 2, 3, with one end resting against a countersunk stop 22, and the disc 5 with the plate 9 is moved therein, until the protruding corner of the last rests on the other linden tree of the board 12 and then the disc 5 is determined by means of the viewing hood 7, you can press the triangular plate by screwing the screw 10 against the board 12 and thereby hold it in place.
On the elbow 1, 2, 3 a fixed stop 13 (Fig. 1) is also provided. The angle piece can be attached very easily, for example to a table 15, which can be done, for example, with screw clamps, so that it can easily be removed again after use.
But it could also be permanently attached to a table or even form part of it.
This arrangement is particularly advantageous for use in schools in which craft lessons, for example for carpentry, are given.
