Device for torsion-free winding and unwinding of windable, thread-like bodies. With the device for torsion-free winding and unwinding of windable, thread-like bodies, the object is achieved of pulling in any excess part of such a body, for example an insulated, single-pole or multi-pole electrical line, and supplying it to it as required to roll off again. Neither slip rings are necessary for the current transfer, nor is a lead-through with a free end of the thread-like body.
The device can be inserted in the course of an uninterrupted line at any point and removed again without causing a twisting of the thread-like body during use. The device can thus also be used for rolling up endless loops, or parts thereof, without interrupting the continuity.
On the accompanying drawings, the possible winding senses are shown schematically in FIGS. 2 and 3 in exemplary embodiments. Since the organ receiving the thread-like body consists of a coil with two winding surfaces of different diameters, the wound lengths depend on the drum diameter. Fig. 1 gives an example of the wound lengths when using co-rotating winding senses and a ratio of the winding surface diameter of 1: 2.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of a bare double coil. The two Trom ineln, each provided with guide edges, are arranged concentrically and rotate at the same angular speed. This ensures the avoidance of any torsion of the thread-like body to be applied. Because of the difference in the winding surface diameter, two unequal lengths wind up or down or up and down on them at the same time, depending on the winding sense used.
If at the same time on both drums only winding or only unwinding, the same direction of winding is to be used for both as shown in FIG. 2; if, on the other hand, the thread-like body is to be wound up on one drum while it is being unwound from the other drum at the same time, the opposite direction of winding occurs. as it is shown schematically in Fig. 3, for use.
So that the double coil is rotatably arranged on an axis according to FIG. 4 can be switched on at any point on a thread-like body, it is cut in two in an axial plane. In this plane there is a channel 11 which connects the edges of the two winding surfaces 10 and 12 with one another.
It serves to accommodate the thread-like body to be wound up, and because its entire length is exposed when the closure device is opened and the two reel halves folded apart, the thread-like body can be inserted without pulling through. The coil of FIG. 4 is provided by a locking device not illustrated, for. B. latch or clamping rings, held together in the closed state.
The existing closing device, but not shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, is necessary because of the cutting in two of the double coil 9. The embodiment of the double coil 9 shown in FIG. 4 (with the exception of the locking device shown) has ncu, the features mentioned in patent claim and in dependent claim 1.
Fig. 5 illustrates an embodiment example, which is provided with built-in automatic shear Aufwindvorriehtung, Geie it can be used for insulated electrical lines. The work required for tensioning or unwinding the cable is transferred to springs when winding the same, which automatically wind up when the tensile force is released.
The example shown in FIG. 5 fulfilled this task by means of a helical compression spring 1 mounted around the axis and a helical leaf spring 2 mounted on the spool wall. While the leaf spring 2 is wound up when the line rolls off, a guide pin 3 acts .
which runs in a helical guide groove 4 of the shaft, so that an axial displacement also occurs on the rotation, which means that the spring 1 is compressed. When the tension in the cables is released, the same guide pin 3 converts the tension of the spring 1 by means of the 1 and 4 into a torque.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the coil body 9, which is provided with a sleeve 8, is rotatably mounted on the part "r. The parts 6 and 7 together form the housing of the compression spring 1 which can be pushed into one another.
The outer surface of the part 6 and the two cylinder surfaces of the part 7 are designed as running surfaces. 142h the part 7, in which the guide pin 3 is set, move see in the mass of the compression of the compression spring 1 also the spiral leaf spring? with its housing and the whole, provided with the sleeve 8 double coil 9 horizontal.
This arrangement allows the use of the interior of the double coil 9, the two winding surfaces 10 and 11 can also be made in one piece, as shown in FIG. 5 as an example.
The two winding surfaces 10 and 12 of different diameters are connected to one another by the channel 11 located in an axial plane. The thread-like body to be wound up can be placed directly in the channel 11 without pulling it through it.
when the said locking device is locked, so that the two reel halves are removed from each other and the length of the channel 11 is exposed.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5, the plane of the drawing separates the coil 9 into the two coil halves. In the separation plane through the two-part coil 9 is also the axis of the channel 11, which can thus be exposed along its entire length.
This exemplary embodiment (with the exception of the locking device for holding the two reel halves together) has the features mentioned in claim and in subclaims 1, ″ and 3.
