Wasserstrahlsauger.
Ir. Fig. 1 ist g das Gehäuse mit Druck wassereintrittsstutzen 7v und Eintrittsstutzen l für das abzusaugende- Medium (Luft oder dergleichen); a ist das Auslaufstück und U ein Abschlussdeckel. Im Gehäuse g und dem Auslaufstück a befinden sich vier Düsenstücke r, ri, r2 und rs, die mittelst der Ringspalte z;
Water jet vacuum cleaner. The invention relates to water jet suction devices with annular nozzles, in which the medium to be sucked in is sucked in from the inner and outer surface of a hollow water jet, and aims to improve the efficiency of the device considerably because the medium to be sucked in , starting from its exit from the nozzle openings, finally comes into contact with the surfaces of operating jets and is passed on and compacted between such surfaces.
For this purpose, according to the invention, an outer ring nozzle for the operating medium, a ring nozzle for the medium to be sucked in and a further ring nozzle provided with a hollow mandrel for the operating medium are arranged one inside the other in the order listed and directly next to one another in the flow direction at the entrance of the diffuser, so that the medium to be sucked in, starting from its exit from the nozzle openings,
is guided and compressed on the one hand between the outer surface of an inner hollow jet and the inner surface of an outer jet and on the other hand within the inner hollow jet without contact with the wall parts of the housing.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a water jet suction device with fixed and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a water jet suction device with adjustable nozzles.
Ir. Fig. 1 is the housing with pressure water inlet nozzle 7v and inlet nozzle l for the medium to be sucked off (air or the like); a is the outlet piece and U is an end cap. In the housing g and the outlet piece a there are four nozzle pieces r, ri, r2 and rs, which by means of the annular gap z;
zi generate two hollow water jets which meet in the diffuser d formed by the nozzle piece ra and the outlet piece a.
The four outlet openings are arranged directly next to one another at the entrance of the diffuser in the direction of flow of the media, so that the jets lie one inside the other.
The water jet emerging from the ring cross section z sucks the air into its inner and outer surface, the water jet formed by zi merely rides its inner surface. The air sucked in and captured in this way is entrained by the hollow water jets, pre-compressed and further compressed by both types of jets in the diffuser d and ejected or conveyed further by the same; v denotes a vacuum gauge and a nozzle for a manometer.
In the embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 2, the body r, ri, which forms the inner hollow water jet, is adjustable in the direction of flow. A screw nut h is used to adjust and a stuffing box s to seal.
The operating medium enters the nozzle body 2-, ri through window f, which can be partially covered by adjusting the body j-, r-i. When the nozzle body r-, r1 is moved downward from the position shown in FIG. 2, both the exit cross-section of the annular air nozzle and, through the partial covering of the window f, the inlet cross-section for the operating medium are reduced.
The annular gap z can also be changed by turning r to ri.
Similar to the nozzle body r, ri, the parts r.- and 7-s can be arranged to be adjustable.
The invention provides the advantages that with the greatest possible enlargement of the absorbent surfaces a very compact construction is achieved, that the friction on the fixed wall parts and the vortex formation are reduced to a minimum, the relative speed between the jets is well utilized and that finally As a result of the compressibility of the inner water jet, elasticity of the 'operating medium jets and, as a result, an improvement in the diffuser effect, he aims.
