1Vtesserkontakt.
1Vtesserkontakt. In knife contacts, as they are used for example for knife switches, fuses and the like, experience has proven that the contact loops designed as a single or double spring are very easily deformed and annealed. This error is caused by inserting the contact blade at an angle into the contact loops, so that the elasticity limit of the contact material is exceeded, or by insufficient contact between the contact loop surfaces and the contact blade.
There are therefore in the subject of the present invention forming Mes serkontakt under spring pressure, tiltable contact plates .applied, the contact surfaces of which apply automatically to those of the contact knife. Such a contact device does not require a great deal of precision in the machining and can be assembled without any special expertise.
The drawing shows two execution examples of the blade contact according to the invention. 1 shows the contact device with two tiltable contact plates when the knife is switched on, FIG. 2 the same when the knife is switched off; FIG. D shows such a contact device with a fixed contact and a tiltable contact plate. In the middle of the contact surfaces formed by the contact parts a and b, flexible current conductors e are attached to the contact plates b.
At the same place, the tilting bearings e are attached for the purpose of giving the contact plates a .all-sided mobility, and to achieve a central pressure distribution. The pressing pressure, mediated by the compression springs d, is supported on the tilting bearing c, the pressurized contact plate b , which is pressed against the knife a , rotates around it Tilting bearing e,
until the contact surfaces of the knife and contact plates are covered. The compression springs d are extended beyond the tilt bearing in order to lock the contact plates b in an opening which is favorable for switching on the contact blade a.
From FIG. 2 it can be seen that the compression spring d rotates the contact plates b with the grooves f as the fulcrum inward until the contact plates b with their bent ends rest against the upper edge of the compression springs d and thus remain locked . With the resulting Driicl # when switching on the knife:
caused by mutual friction of the knife on the contact plates, the contact plates themselves are supported in the grooves j ', whereby any deformation is avoided. In the disconnection mechanism, the contact plates are locked by the flexible connections.
