Fig. 2; Fig. 8, 4 und 5 zeigen die Kniehebel mit den beiden Lenkern und einem Treibstift in Seiten-, Vorder- und Oberansicht;
Hair clipper, in which the movable cutting comb by means of the knee joint by the movable hand lever both when going back and forth - "of the latter is moved back and forth. </B> - - The invention relates to a hair-cutting machine in which the movable cutting chamber by means of the knee joint is moved back and forth by the movable hand lever both when the latter is moving back and forth, in that the movable hand lever is connected to the knee joint by double handlebars for the purpose of reducing the corner and noise.
Several exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a bottom view of a hair cutting machine with dash-dotted lines on cutting combs; Fig. 2 is a section along the line 11-II of Fig. 1 through the complete Ma machine, and Fig. 2a is a detail of the. Fig. 2; 8, 4 and 5 show the toggle levers with the two links and a drive pin in side, front and top views;
6 shows a variant of the drive pin arrangement on the movable comb; 1 shows a variant of FIG. 1 with a sound-absorbing insert, while FIG. 8 shows a sound-absorbing stop placed on a retaining pin, and FIG. 9 shows a different embodiment of the latter.
According to the FIGS. 1 to 5, the hair clipper consists of the housing a with the -rand- handle d fixed to it, the hand lever b which can be welded around the pivot point ä2, one of which arne b 'by the two links e,
J connected to the toggle levers f and y. is, also the fixed comb c and the reciprocating comb d.
The latter slides: in the usual way with grooves c 'on projecting strips a6 of the front housing wall (Feg. 1 and 2), and its movement is limited by stop pins a3 be against which the end faces of elongated holes a' of the movable comb (Fig. 2) in the end positions. The pins a3 also engage with their lower ends in bores .des fixed comb c and secure them against displacement.
The two links e, e 'can be placed in fork-shaped cutouts of the hand lever and the toggle lever or over remote ends of the latter.
But you can also be placed in a fork-shaped cutouts and the other over from set ends of the movable hand lever and the toggle lever. In Figs. 1 to 5 a shape is drawn, wherein the handlebar c in a fork-shaped section of the hand lever arm b 'and over the remote end of the toggle lever g is placed and the handlebars e' in forked sections of the lever arm b 'and of the fixed toggle lever f is performed.
The two links e, e 'are held in the lever arm b' by a bolt e2 and articulated levers f, g by a bolt J in the knee. The latter also forms the pivot point for the joint of the toggle levers f, g.
The axis of rotation for the fixed toggle lever f is through the pressure screw. i, by means of which the fixed comb c is tightened against the housing a, depending on the tensioner, adjustable by the nut k, spring j seated in the sleeve lt.
A drive pin g ', which is fixed to the drive lever g of the knee joint f, g and engages in a cylindrical bore d' (I! 'Ig. 2a) of the movable comb d, is formed on its attack part ballia in order to avoid the urchin.
According to a variant not shown, the drive pin g 'can also be cylindrical and the surfaces of the bore d' into which it engages can be rounded.
A further variant is shown in FIG. 6, in which the drive pin g 'is fixed in the movable comb d by means of its screw-like foot g2 and engages movably in a drill hole g3 of the toggle lever g.
According to the embodiment according to FIG. 7, the parts which limit the movement of the comb d, which is moved back and forth by the knee joint and guide it on the housing a, consist, for example, of stop pieces a "plugged onto the pins a" (FIG. 7 right and left 8) with a weaker collar made of sound-absorbing material such as vulcanized fiber, hard rubber, soft metal and the like, butted against the comb d.
The parts of the housing a leading the movable comb, namely the strips (e) that engage in its grooves e, can be made of such a material.
Instead of the stop pieces a "shown enlarged in FIG. 8, according to the variant according to FIG. 9, square-edged sleeves ass made of sound-absorbing material can be attached to the pins a3 (shown on the left in FIG. 7). These will, if one side is worn, rotated by <B> 90 '</B> and can thus be used four times. It is sufficient if they are designed according to the height shown in FIG. 9; however, they can also be used with the height shown in FIG. 8 .shown weaker covenant should be provided.
The support a '(see also Fig. 2) on the housing a for the fixed comb is covered with sound-absorbing material.
