Description

  

      Anschlussklemme    für in Schutzhüllen verlegte elektrische Heizleiter.    Bei elektrischen Heizeinrichtungen mit in  Schutzhüllen verlegten Heizleitern können an  den     Stromanschlussstellen    gefährliche Über  hitzungen eintreten. Um dies zu verhüten,  wird die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfin  dung bildende     Anschlussklemme    für derar  tige Heizleiter in eine Kühlkammer, die an  der Schutzhülle angebracht sein kann, ange  ordnet.  



  In dem beiliegend gezeichneten Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist  die Kühlkammer 1 am Ende eines Heiz  rohres 2     befestigt    und von diesem durch eine  Zwischenwand 3 abgeschlossen. 4 ist die       Anschlussklemme,    die von elektrisch isolieren  den Ringen 5 in der Kammer 1 getragen ist.  Im einen Ende der Klemme     steckt    der Heiz  draht 6 und im andern Ende die Stromzu  leitung 7.     Dadurch,    dass der Anschluss des  Heizdrahtes und derjenige der Stromzufüh  rung in entgegengesetzten Enden der Kühl  kammer erfolgen, wird die Wärmeleitung  vom Heizdraht 6 zur Leitung 7 vermindert.

    Zwischen den beiden Anschlüssen liegt noch  eine im Verhältnis zum Querschnitt des Heiz  drahtes 6 grosse Metallmasse 8 mit Kühlrip-         pen-    9, welche die Abkühlung der Klemme  befördern. Ventilationslöcher 10 sorgen für  den Luftwechsel in der Kühlkammer.

    Between the two connections there is also a metal mass 8, which is large in relation to the cross section of the heating wire 6, with cooling ribs 9, which promote the cooling of the terminal. Ventilation holes 10 ensure the exchange of air in the cooling chamber.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Anschlussklemme für in Schutzhüllen ver legte elektrische Heizleiter, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die Klemme in einer Kühlkam mer angeordnet ist. UNTERANSPRüCHE: i. Anschlussklemme nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die An schlüsse des Heizleiters und dessen Strom zuführung in entgegengesetzten Enden der Kühlkammer liegen, um die Überleitung der Heizleiterwärme auf die Stromzulei tung zu vermindern. 2. Anschlussklemme nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die, Klemme zwischen dem Heizleiter und der Stromzu führung eine gegenüber dem Querschnitt des Heizleiters grosse Metallmasse besitzt.
