La présente invention concerne le domaine des vêtements de protection pour salles blanches.
On entend par salles banches , des salles à atmosphère contrôlée, aseptique et stérile.
Les salles blanches sont notamment utilisées dans de nombreux domaines comme l'électronique, la micromécanique, l'optique, les nano et biotechnologies, la pharmaceutique, les préparations stériles en pharmacie, les équipements médicaux ou encore en agroalimentaire.
Dans ce type de salle, il est nécessaire d'isoler le corps du personnel travaillant à l'intérieur desdites salles afin de minimiser la dispersion des micro-organismes et des particules qu'ils génèrent eux-mêmes, et ainsi d'éviter toute contamination de la salle blanche.
Il est ainsi connu d'équiper le personnel destiné à travailler dans des salles blanches de vêtements de protection, notamment de combinaisons.
De tels vêtements de protection sont stériles et fournis dans des emballages étanches. L'utilisateur doit enfiler le vêtement de protection sans toucher la face extérieure destinée à être en contact avec l'environnement stérile de la salle blanche.
On peut se référer au document FR2809933 qui décrit une combinaison pour salles blanches destinée à être enfilée en la saisissant par l'intérieur et ainsi évitant toute contamination externe à la salle blanche.
Généralement, les vêtements de protection sont contenus dans un emballage stérilisé et individuel mais jetable, autrement dit à usage unique ; ce qui représente une source de déchets conséquente.
Toutefois, de tels emballages jetables constituent une quantité
importante de déchets inorganiques. La tendance actuelle est de réduire les emballages à usage unique et les déchets associé. DESCRIPTION

Thanks to the invention, protective clothing is obtained for clean room easy to package and unfold, while reducing the environmental and ecological impact, without harming the sterility of the garment.

1. Protective clothing (1, 20) for clean rooms intended for be worn by a user and comprising an exterior face (the) intended to be in contact with the external environment and one side interior (lb) arranged to be in contact with the user carrying said garment (1, 20), the garment (1, 20) comprising a pocket packaging (10) of the garment and connected to the interior face (lb) of the garment by irreversible fixing means (12), characterized in that the packaging pouch (10) comprises a single wall (11) delimited by four corners (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) forming a contour connected to the interior face (lb) of the garment (1, 20) and comprising a face exterior (11a) facing the interior face (lb) of the garment and intended to be in contact with the external environment once the garment packaged in the pouch (10) and an interior side (11b) intended to be in contact with the user wearing said clothing, the wall (11) comprising an opening (14) having a rounded shape extending between two diagonally opposite corners (13c, 13b).

2. Clothing (1, 20) according to claim 1, in which the opening (14) of the wall (11) of the packaging pouch (10) is closed by a zipper (15).

3. Clothing (1, 20) according to claim 1 or 2, in which the packaging pouch (10) comprises a flap (16) intended to cover the opening (14) in the conditioned position of the garment (1, 20) in the packaging pouch (10).

4. Clothing (1, 20) according to claim 3, in which the flap (16) is connected to the wall (11) partially along two sides and movable between a free position of the opening (14), in particular of the zipper towards a position covering said opening (14), especially the zipper.

5. Garment (1) according to claim 4, in which the flap (16) is provided, at each opposite corner, with an opening (16a, 16b).

6. Clothing (1, 20) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, in which the flap (16) is made of textile material.

7 Clothing (1, 20) according to any one of claims previous, in which the wall of the storage pocket (10) is in textile material.

S. Clothing (1) according to any one of the claims previous, in which the protective clothing (1) is a combination comprising a first section and a second section of leg (2, 3), a first leg (4), a second leg (5) and a body part (6), the first sleeve (4), the second sleeve (5), the two leg sections (2, 3) each being connected to the body part (6) to form a combination.

9. Clothing (1) according to claim 8, in which the wall (11) of the packaging pouch (10) is secured on the face interior of the body part (6).

Clothing (1) according to any one of the claims previous, in which the contour of the wall (11) connected to the face interior (lb) of the garment and delimits an area of the interior face (lb) of said garment facing the exterior face (11a) of the wall (11), and in which in the clothing conditioning position in the pocket (10), the exterior face (11a) of the wall (11) and the area of the inside face (lb) of the garment are in contact with the external environment.

Process for packaging a garment (1, 20) of cleanroom protection in packaging pouch (10), said garment being intended to be worn by a user and comprising an exterior face (la) intended to be in contact with the exterior environment and an interior face (lb) arranged to be in contact with the user wearing said clothing (1, 20), said packaging pouch (10) of the garment comprising a single wall (11) delimited by four corners (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) forming a contour connected to the interior face (lb) of the garment (1, 20) by means irreversible fixing (12), said wall (11) comprising a face exterior (11a) facing the interior face (lb) of the garment and intended to be in contact with the external environment once the garment packaged in the pouch (10) and an interior side (11b) intended to be in contact with the user wearing said clothing, the wall (11) comprising an opening (14) having a rounded shape extending between two diagonally opposite corners (13c, 13b), according to the packaging process:
- the garment (1, 20) is folded so as to leave the inside face visible (11b) of the wall (11) of the pocket (10); And - we grab the garment (1, 20) from the inside of the pocket (10) and we pulls the garment (1, 20) through the opening (14) until the clothing (1, 20) is found inside said pocket (10).

12. Method according to claim 10, in which once the garment (1, 20) placed inside the pocket (10) of packaging, the opening (14) is closed by operating a closure zipper (15) and then folds a flap (16) provided on said pocket (10) until it covers the zipper (15).
