Non-contact gripping device for mask disposal (100), characterized in that a gripping envelope (110) made of a material in the form of a film such as plastic film, non-woven film, or any other natural material or synthetic material, is integrally attached to a mask (100) or integrated therein, said gripping envelope (110) being rolled or folded on itself in a plurality of planes stacked one on top of the other, including at least one of said planes is provided with a deformation forming a tongue called an extraction tongue (111) to facilitate the extraction and the operationalization of the envelope.

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the mask (100) comprises an upper zone (102), an upper pleat zone (103), a lower pleat zone (104) and lower zone (105), and that the envelope grip (110) is inserted between two layers constituting a surgical mask (100), the filtering layer (108) of which and one or the other of the nonwoven layers (107) and (109) and preferably secured to one or the other of the layers which surround it on one of the sides of the parallelogram constituting the surgical mask (100), on all or part of the surface of the lower zone (105) or even on all or part of the surface of the fold zones bottom (104) and bottom zone (105) so as not to cause any respiratory discomfort, only the top pleat (103) and top zone (102) zones being directly affected by the breath of the wearer.

Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the gripping envelope (110) has, once developed outside the surgical mask (100), a volume sufficient to allow penetration inside that -it of an adult hand over at least two thirds of its length, and has on at least one of the edges of its opening, an attachment means allowing once the surgical mask (100) placed at the inside and the envelope turned over and its edges folded down, to close the gripping envelope (110).

Method of implementing the device according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it operates according to the following steps: a) The extraction tab (111) is pulled outwards to extract all of the gripping envelope (110) out of the surgical mask (100), b) The gripping envelope (110) is then unfolded manually to reveal and release all of its interior volume, c) The hand is introduced at the bottom of the gripping envelope (110) at the end of which the surgical mask (100) is secured, d) The mask is then gripped and compacted by the hand, itself protected by the gripping envelope (110), e) The gripping envelope is finally folded forwards to cover the entirety of the surgical mask (100) and release the hand, its edges are folded down and assembled together by means of the fastening element provided for this effect.

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the gripping envelope (110) is placed between, on the one hand, the outer face of one or the other of the nonwoven layers (107) (109) and a nonwoven layer said additional layer (113) secured on its periphery with one or other of the nonwoven layers (107) (109) of the surgical mask (100), said gripping envelope (110) being rolled or folded on itself even in a plurality of planes stacked one on top of the other, at least one of said planes of which is provided with a deformation forming an extraction tab (114) to facilitate the extraction and the operationalization of the gripping envelope ( 110).

Device according to either of Claims 1 and 7, characterized in that the gripping envelope (110) inserted between two layers, the additional layer (113) of which and one or the other of the nonwoven layers (107) and (109) is attached to one or the other of the sides of one or other of the layers which surround it on all or part of the surface of the upper zone (102), upper fold zone (103), bottom pleat zone (104) and bottom zone (105) of the surgical mask (100).

Device according to any one of Claims 1, 7 to 9, characterized in that the additional layer (113) is provided in particular at the bottom of the lower zone (105) of the surgical mask (100), with a means of extracting the gripping envelope (110) outside the surgical mask (100), in particular an opening (115) of a length compatible with the dimensions and position of said gripping envelope (110), the extraction tab (114) remaining visible outside of this opening (115).

Device according to any one of Claims 2, 3, 4 as well as the combination of Claim 5 with one of two Claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the gripping envelope (110) is applied definitively to the exterior of one of the nonwoven layers (107) (109) of the surgical mask (100), has a shape and dimensions close to those of the nonwoven layer (107) (109) which supports it and is made of plastic material or nonwoven of very low thickness and great flexibility, the two main planes (117) and (118) of the same dimensions and same surface which constitute it being joined together on at least three sides of their periphery so as to constitute a pocket open or over their entire periphery, one of the planes (117) (118) having a middle opening (119), to allow a hand to be introduced into the open pocket or through the middle opening (119) and to be compacted at the inside this hand the surgical mask (100) to be eliminate.

Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the mask (100) comprises lateral attachments (106) intended to be attached to the ears and that the gripping envelope (110) is placed between the elastics of the one or the other of the side fasteners (106) intended to be attached to the ears, said gripping envelope (110) being itself kept rolled or folded against the user's cheek or kept in a plastic bag or nonwoven, designed so that once unrolled or unfolded, the gripping envelope (110) can receive a hand inside it to compact the surgical mask (100) to be eliminated without direct contact with it.
