Abstract

L'invention concerne des ARN double brin modifiés (ARNdbm) chimiquement post-transcriptionnellement ayant une modification polyalkyloxy de poids moléculaire élevé en position 2'-OH. Cette modification permet une plus grande biodisponibilité du composé, une meilleure stabilité du composé, et permet une plus grande stabilité contre les nucléases. Les ARNdbm peuvent être produits de manière économique de façon facilement évolutive. L'invention concerne des compositions d'ARNdbm ayant des nucléotides chimiquement modifiés, de telle sorte que les ARNdbm sont modifiés pour contenir des polymères polyalkyloxy de poids moléculaire élevé. L'invention concerne également des procédés de synthèse permettant de fabriquer efficacement ces ARNdbm ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation d'ARNdbm.
