Abstract

L'invention concerne un système informatique (10) permettant de gérer une consultation entre un patient et un fournisseur de service médical, le patient étant un membre d'un régime d'assurance médicale actionné par un fournisseur d'assurance médicale. Le système informatique (10) comprend un serveur de gestion de consultation (12) pour gérer une consultation entre un patient et un fournisseur de services médicaux ; et un serveur de gestion d'enregistrement (14) pour l'enregistrement de fournisseurs d'assurance médicale, de patients et de fournisseurs de services médicaux en tant que partie d'un réseau de consultation médicale. Le serveur de gestion de consultation (12) comprend un module d'enregistrement de consultation (18) pouvant être utilisé pour : a) enregistrer un motif pour la consultation ; b) enregistrer des coordonnées GPS d'un emplacement auquel la consultation a lieu ; c) enregistrer une date à laquelle la consultation a lieu ; d) enregistrer une heure de début au lancement de la consultation ; e) enregistrer une heure de fin à la fin de la consultation, et envoyer au patient une notification comprenant les informations enregistrées après la conclusion de la consultation.
