Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'interrogation de salive. Le procédé comprend généralement : la réception d'une goutte de salive sur un substrat ; l'utilisation d'une unité de mesure de spectroscopie Raman, la réalisation d'une mesure de spectroscopie Raman sur la goutte de salive reçue sur le substrat, ladite réalisation comprenant l'interrogation de ladite goutte de salive avec un faisceau d'excitation Raman ayant une dimension de faisceau supérieure à un seuil de dimension de faisceau donné d'environ 0,1 mm, ce qui permet d'interroger simultanément le contenu moléculaire distribué dans au moins une zone donnée de la goutte de salive, et de générer au moins un spectre Raman résultant de ladite mesure de spectroscopie Raman ; et l'utilisation d'un ordinateur, l'accès audit spectre Raman, la comparaison dudit spectre Raman à des données de référence et la génération d'un signal sur la base de ladite comparaison.
