R1 est H, alkyle en C1-6, alkény en C2-6, alcinyle en C2-6, aryle, biaryle, alkyle aryIe en C1-6, alkényle aryle en C2-6, alcinyle aryle en C2-6, hétéroaryle, alkyle hétéroaryle en C1-6, ou alkényle hétéroaryle en C2-6; R2 est H, alkyle en C1-6, alkény en C2-6, alcinyle en C2-6, aryle, biaryle, alkyle aryIe en C1-6, alkényle aryle en C2-6, alcinyle aryle en C2-6, hétéroaryle, alkyle hétéroaryle en C1-6, ou alkényle hétéroaryle en C2-6; R3 est F, -Cl, -CN, -C(=O)R4, -C(=O)OR4, -CR5R6OR4, ou -CR5R6N(R7)R8.
