Abstract
L'invention concerne des tapis dont la fibre de face comprend une fibre à deux composants comprenant un composant d'homopolymère de poly(téréphtalate d'éthylène) ou de copolymère de poly(éthylène téréphtalate) et un deuxième composant de polymère de poly(triméthylène téréphtalate) ou un mélange de poly(triméthylène téréphtalate) avec un homopolymère de poly(téréphtalate d'éthylène) ou un copolymère de poly(éthylène téréphtalate), la fibre à deux composants étant du type auto-gonflant en raison du retrait différentiel. L'invention concerne également un procédé amélioré de fabrication d'un fil pour produire un tapis dont la fibre de face comprend une fibre à deux composants du type auto-gonflant comprenant un composant d'homopolymère de poly(éthylène téréphtalate) ou de copolymère de poly(éthylène téréphtalate) et un deuxième composant de poly(triméthylène téréphtalate) ou un mélange de poly(triméthylène téréphtalate) avec un homopolymère de poly(téréphtalate d'éthylène) ou un copolymère de poly(éthylène téréphtalate).
