Abstract
La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour effectuer une hydroconversion en suspension concentrée de charges qui comprennent des quantités importantes de composants 1050 °F+ (566 °C+). La productivité de la réaction d'hydroconversion en suspension concentrée est améliorée par le recyclage du brai ou des résidus d'hydroconversion en suspension concentrée dans le système de réaction d'hydrotraitement en suspension concentrée. Le débit massique du flux de recyclage peut correspondre à 50 % ou plus du débit massique de la charge fraîche vers le système de réaction, et le flux de recyclage peut comprendre plus de 50 % en poids de composants 566 °C+. Il a été découvert que l'utilisation d'un flux de recyclage substantiel composé d'une majorité de résidus 566 °C+ non convertis peut augmenter la productivité du système de réaction d'hydrotraitement en suspension concentrée lors du fonctionnement à une conversion nette par rapport à 524 °C (975 °F) inférieure à 90 % en poids. De plus, en utilisant un flux de recyclage composé d'une majorité de composants 566 °C+, la quantité de composants à point d'ébullition inférieur (dans la charge d'hydrocarbures lourds et/ou dans le flux de recyclage) qui sont exposés plusieurs fois à l'environnement d'hydrotraitement en suspension concentrée est réduite ou réduite au minimum. Cela peut permettre la formation de produits d'hydroconversion en suspension concentrée avec des quantités accrues de composants de plage d'ébullition de gazole sous vide.
