Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour effectuer une hydroconversion en suspension concentrée de charges qui comprennent des quantités importantes de composants 1050 °F+ (566 °C+). La productivité de la réaction d'hydroconversion en suspension concentrée est améliorée par le recyclage du brai ou des résidus d'hydroconversion en suspension concentrée dans le système de réaction d'hydrotraitement en suspension concentrée. Le débit massique du flux de recyclage peut correspondre à 50 % ou plus du débit massique de la charge fraîche vers le système de réaction, et le flux de recyclage peut comprendre plus de 50 % en poids de composants 566 °C+.
