Abstract

The present application relates to a method of and a device for monitoring inventory data, a computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving monitoring configuration information, and generating an inventory statistic task according to the monitoring configuration information; determining one or more monitoring dimension(s) in the inventory statistic task; obtaining a monitoring parameter of each monitoring dimension and a data statistic mode of the monitoring parameter; and determining a first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter corresponds, counting inventory data of the first inventory object according to the data statistic mode, and performing data monitoring on the counting result. This method enables to automatically count and monitor inventory data.

EQUIPMENT AND STORAGE MEDIUM
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical Field [0001] The present application relates to the field of data processing technology, and more particularly to a method of and a device for monitoring inventory data, a computer equipment and a storage medium.
Description of Related Art
[0002] Currently, inventory reports of enterprises are presented in Excel form, and data of the inventory reports are extracted from data systems. Specifically, the operating personnel first derives the report data from the data system, since the report data is of relatively large size, the derivation time is long, the dimensions of the derived data are simple and inconsistent with practical business requirements, it is needed to manually twice process the derived data, a relatively long time is taken and errors tend to occur, so that there is a relative time lag before the operating, purchasing and sales personnel could obtain the inventory report information, it is made impossible to timely deal with the circumstance of insufficient inventory, thus bringing great economic losses to the enterprise besides affecting the sales amount of the enterprise and causing manpower loss to a great extent.
[0003] Particularly when an enterprise involves multi-platforms operation, the procedure of unified management of inventories among plural shops is complicated, it is required to derive inventory data from each data system to be then manually statistically processed, the time for such data processing is long, efficiency is low, and errors tend to occur in the process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0030] To make more lucid and clear the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present application, the present application is described in greater detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Specifically, a user inputs the monitoring configuration information in terminal 20, and terminal 20 forwards the monitoring configuration information to backend server 102 of backstage 10. Backend server 102 generates an inventory statistic task according to the monitoring configuration information. Further, backend server 102 sends the inventory statistic task to inventory system 104. Inventory system 104 determines one or more monitoring dimension(s) in the inventory statistic task, and obtains a monitoring parameter of each monitoring dimension and a data statistic mode of the monitoring parameter.
Moreover, a first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter corresponds is determined, inventory data of the first inventory object is extracted from database system 106, the inventory data of the first inventory object is counted according to the data statistic mode, and data monitoring is performed on the counting result. Therefore, there is no need for manual operation, data processing time is reduced, and data processing efficiency is enhanced.

What is claimed is:
1. A method of monitoring inventory data, characterized in comprising:
receiving monitoring configuration information, and generating an inventory statistic task according to the monitoring configuration information;
determining one or more monitoring dimension(s) in the inventory statistic task;
obtaining a monitoring parameter of each monitoring dimension and a data statistic mode of the monitoring parameter; and determining a first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter corresponds, counting inventory data of the first inventory object according to the data statistic mode, and performing data monitoring on the counting result.
2. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in further comprising:
receiving and storing imported inventory data of plural second inventory objects;
observing order information of the plural second inventory objects, and amending the stored inventory data of any of the second inventory objects according to the order information of the any second inventory object when it is observed that the order information of the any second inventory object has caused a change in the inventory data of the any second inventory obj ect;
and that the step of determining a first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter corresponds, counting inventory data of the first inventory object according to the data statistic mode, includes:

determining the first inventory object from the plural second inventory objects, obtaining stored inventory data of the first inventory object, and counting the inventory data of the first inventory object according to the data statistic mode.

The method according to Claim 2, characterized in that the step of amending the stored inventory data of any second inventory object according to the order information of the any second inventory object when it is observed that the order information of the any second inventory object has caused a change in the inventory data of the any second inventory object includes:
when it is observed that the order information of the any second inventory object has caused a need to decrease or increase the inventory data of the any second inventory object, amending the stored inventory data of the any second inventory object according to decreasing information or increasing information in the order information of the any second inventory object.

The method according to Claim 2, characterized in that the step of observing order information of the plural second inventory objects, and amending the stored inventory data of any second inventory object according to the order information of the any second inventory object when it is observed that the order information of the any second inventory object has caused a change in the inventory data of the any second inventory object includes:
performing data query on the inventory data of a platform in which each second inventory object locates, via an inventory interface of the platform in which each second inventory object locates, and, when it is enquired that the order information of any second inventory object has caused a change in the inventory data of the platform in which the any second inventory object locates, amending the stored inventory data of the any second inventory object according to updated inventory data of the platform in which the any second inventory object locates; wherein the platform in which the any second inventory object locates updates the inventory data of the any second inventory object according to the order information;
preferably, the method further comprising:
setting up a thread pool, and creating plural threads in the thread pool;
concurrently controlling each thread to execute the step of performing data query on the inventory data of a platform in which each second inventory object locates, via an inventory interface of the platform in which each second inventory object locates, and, when it is enquired that the order information of any second inventory object has caused a change in the inventory data of the platform in which the any second inventory object locates, amending the stored inventory data of the any second inventory object according to updated inventory data of the platform in which the any second inventory object locates;
preferably, the method further comprising:
obtaining a thread number threshold, and controlling the number of concurrent threads in the thread pool via the thread number threshold.

The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first inventory object includes a commodity shop, that the inventory data of the first inventory object includes commodity quantity and amount of money of inventory commodities of the commodity shop, and that the monitoring parameter includes real-time inventory amount of money, real-time inventory fill rate, stock plan fill rate, designated commodities inventory amount of money, jointly procured commodities inventory amount of money, in-stock inventory amount of money, or pre-sale inventory amount of money; wherein a data statistic mode of the real-time inventory amount of money is determined according to a product of the commodity shop indicated in the inventory statistic task and a cumulative sum of commodity quantity of the inventory commodities;
a data statistic mode of the real-time inventory fill rate is determined according to the amount of money of inventory commodities of the commodity shop, a first preset target amount of money, and a preset early warning coefficient;
a data statistic mode of the stock plan fill rate is determined according to the amount of money of inventory commodities of the commodity shop preset to make stocktaking and a second preset target amount of money;
a data statistic mode of the designated commodities inventory amount of money is determined according to a product of commodity prices of the designed commodities multiplied by a cumulative sum of commodity quantity of the designated commodities;
a data statistic mode of the jointly procured commodities inventory amount of money is determined according to a product of commodity prices of the jointly procured inventory commodities multiplied by a cumulative sum of commodity quantity of the jointly procured inventory commodities;
a data statistic mode of the in-stock inventory amount of money is determined according to a product of commodity prices of the in-stock inventory commodities multiplied by a cumulative sum of commodity quantity of the in-stock inventory commodities;
and a data statistic mode of the pre-sale inventory amount of money is determined according to a product of commodity prices of the pre-sale inventory commodities multiplied by a cumulative sum of commodity quantity of the pre-sale inventory commodities.

The method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the plural monitoring dimensions include item dimension, category dimension and brand dimension, that the inventory data of the first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter of the item dimension corresponds includes commodity quantity and amount of money of a single commodity, that the inventory data of the first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter of the category dimension corresponds includes commodity quantity and amount of money of plural commodities of the same category, and that the inventory data of the first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter of the brand dimension corresponds includes commodity quantity and amount of money of plural commodities of plural categories of the same brand.
7. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in further comprising:
obtaining a monitoring result of data monitoring;
performing early warning management on the monitoring result according to preset rule information; alternatively, generating early warning information according to the monitoring result, invoking an interface of an external platform, and sending the early warning information to the external platform via the interface of the external platform;
preferably, the method further comprising:
receiving external warning information, and issuing corresponding warning according to the external warning information.
8. A device for monitoring inventory data, characterized in comprising:
a generating module, for receiving monitoring configuration information, and generating an inventory statistic task according to the monitoring configuration information;
a determining module, for determining one or more monitoring dimension(s) in the inventory statistic task;
an obtaining module, for obtaining a monitoring parameter of each monitoring dimension and a data statistic mode of the monitoring parameter; and a monitoring module, for determining a first inventory object to which the monitoring parameter corresponds, counting inventory data of the first inventory object according to the data statistic mode, and performing data monitoring on the counting result.
9. A computer equipment, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the method steps according to anyone of Claims 1 to 7 are realized when the processor executes the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program thereon, characterized in that the method steps according to anyone of Claims 1 to 7 are realized when the computer program is executed by a processor.
