In specific implementation, the method for obtaining the parameter value change message of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor is similar to the method for obtaining the e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity message, and is not repeated here.

The capacity constraint may refer to a constraint of the entire capacity (e.g., capacity, etc.) currently or in the future.

The supply chain planning parameters can be set by taking products, brands or merchants as dimensions, but the supply chain planning parameters cannot be adjusted for one type of goods due to the fact that the dimensions are coarse in granularity, so that the accuracy of the supply chain planning parameters obtained for each type of goods is insufficient. In order to improve accuracy, the embodiment of the application can set and adjust the supply chain planning parameters for one type of goods, and can realize the self-adaptive adjustment of the supply chain planning parameters of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit, minimum stock unit) dimension.
The target service level comprises a preset fund turnover period service index and a goods backorder service index. For example, the preset turnover period is 3 times a year, and the stock out threshold is set to 20, i.e., the stock of the article cannot be lower than 20.
The self-adaptive adjustment refers to that after the event information of the change of the activity change event information or the event information of the change of the parameter value of the influence factor of the supply chain planning parameter is obtained, the supply chain planning parameter meeting the target service level is calculated according to the changed event information, if the calculated supply chain planning parameter is consistent with the current supply chain planning parameter, the adjustment is not carried out, and if the calculated supply chain planning parameter is inconsistent with the current supply chain planning parameter, the adjustment is carried out.
As one embodiment, the supply chain planning parameter adaptive adjustment may include the steps of:
judging whether the parameter value of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor or the goods sales plan changes or not;
if yes, recalculating the coverage range of the product bin and future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating the service level according to the current inventory distribution data, the future replenishment data, the coverage area of the goods warehouse and the future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating GAP values of the service level and the target service level;
recalculating the supply chain plan parameter values based on the GAP values and the current supply chain plan parameter values;
and adjusting the supply chain plan parameter value according to the calculated supply chain plan parameter value.
Wherein the GAP value of the service level and the target service level, i.e., the difference between the service level and the target service level.
As an implementation manner, the second embodiment of the present application may further include: the adjusted supply chain planning parameter values are presented on a display.
Thus far, the description of the second embodiment of the present application has been completed, and the supply chain plan parameter construction method provided by the second embodiment of the present application obtains an event message of an activity change or an event message of a change in a parameter value of a supply chain plan parameter influence factor; based on the change event information or the event information of the parameter value change of the supply chain planning parameter influence factors, the automatic self-adaptive construction is triggered in real time to reach the sustainable supply chain planning parameter value of the target service level, and the intelligent, self-adaptive and flexible supply chain planning parameter adjustment can be realized, so that an automatic construction self-adaptive supply chain planning parameter solution for frequent large impulse-promoting activities is provided. In a preferred scheme, the embodiment of the application sets and adjusts the supply chain planning parameters for one article, thereby improving the accuracy of the supply chain planning parameters.

Claims (13)

1. A supply chain planning parameter construction system, comprising:
the supply chain parameter adjustment module is used for obtaining event information of activity change or event information of parameter value change of supply chain planning parameter influence factors; triggering supply chain plan parameter self-adaptive adjustment based on the event information of the activity change or the event information of the parameter value change of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor so that the supply chain plan parameter value meets the target service level;
wherein the activity change event message includes at least one of: a promotional event augmentation event message, a promotional event cancellation event message, a promotional event modification event message;
the supply chain planning parameter impact factors include at least one of:
current or future stock levels in various warehouses, in-transit stock;
the required goods backorder service index and fund turnover service index are reached;
constraint of bin allocation capacity;
a network of relationships between current or future items and warehouses;
the self-adaptive adjustment refers to calculating a supply chain plan parameter meeting the target service level according to the changed event message, if the calculated supply chain plan parameter is consistent with the current supply chain plan parameter, the self-adaptive adjustment is not performed, and if the calculated supply chain plan parameter is inconsistent with the current supply chain plan parameter, the self-adaptive adjustment is performed.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: the movable control module is used for:
acquiring e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity messages;
generating sales volume plans during the goods sales promotion and daily sales in a preset time period according to the obtained e-commerce platform activity or merchant activity message;
generating an activity change event message according to the sales volume plan;
an activity change event message is sent to the supply chain parameter adjustment module.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the activity management module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity information by monitoring the e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity information; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
acquiring e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity information by receiving information sent by a service end of the e-commerce platform to an activity management and control module; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and acquiring the e-commerce platform activity and merchant activity information by periodically polling related data in a database of the e-commerce platform server.
4. The system according to claim 2, wherein the activity management module is specifically configured to:
generating an activity calendar in a preset time period according to the monitored activities of the e-commerce platform or the merchant activity message;
and generating sales plans in the sales promotion period and the daily sales period of the goods in the preset time period according to the activity calendar.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the supply chain parameter adjustment module is specifically configured to:
judging whether the parameter value of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor or the goods sales plan changes or not;
if yes, recalculating the coverage range of the product bin and future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating the service level according to the current inventory distribution data, the future replenishment data, the coverage area of the goods warehouse and the future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating GAP values of the service level and the target service level;
recalculating the supply chain plan parameter values based on the GAP values and the current supply chain plan parameter values;
and adjusting the supply chain plan parameter value according to the calculated supply chain plan parameter value.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the dimension corresponding to the supply chain parameter is an item.
7. The system of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising: the supply chain planning parameter factor management module is used for:
obtaining a parameter value change message of a supply chain plan parameter influence factor;
generating an event message of the change of the parameter value of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor according to the parameter value change message of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor;
an event message of a change in a parameter value of the supply chain plan parameter influencing factor is sent to the supply chain parameter adjustment module.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the meeting the target service level comprises a predetermined fund turnover period service indicator and a good out-of-stock service indicator.
9. A supply chain planning parameter construction method, comprising:
obtaining event messages of activity change event messages or event messages of parameter value changes of supply chain plan parameter influence factors;
triggering supply chain plan parameter adaptive adjustment based on the activity change event message or the event message of the parameter value change of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor so that the supply chain plan parameter value meets the target service level;
wherein the activity change event message includes at least one of: a promotional event augmentation event message, a promotional event cancellation event message, a promotional event modification event message;
the supply chain planning parameter impact factors include at least one of:
current or future stock levels in various warehouses, in-transit stock;
the required goods backorder service index and fund turnover service index are reached;

a network of relationships between current or future items and warehouses;
the self-adaptive adjustment refers to calculating a supply chain plan parameter meeting the target service level according to the changed event message, if the calculated supply chain plan parameter is consistent with the current supply chain plan parameter, the self-adaptive adjustment is not performed, and if the calculated supply chain plan parameter is inconsistent with the current supply chain plan parameter, the self-adaptive adjustment is performed.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the obtaining an activity change event message comprises:
and obtaining an activity change event message sent by the activity management and control module.
11. The method as recited in claim 9, further comprising: the adjusted supply chain planning parameter values are presented on a display.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the supply chain planning parameters include at least one of:
goods target stock;
safety stock of goods;
and (5) an article replenishment point.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of adaptively adjusting the supply chain planning parameters comprises:
judging whether the parameter value of the supply chain plan parameter influence factor or the goods sales plan changes or not;
if yes, recalculating the coverage range of the product bin and future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating the service level according to the current inventory distribution data, the future replenishment data, the coverage area of the goods warehouse and the future sales distribution data of the goods;
calculating GAP values of the service level and the target service level;
recalculating the supply chain plan parameter values based on the GAP values and the current supply chain plan parameter values;
and adjusting the supply chain plan parameter value according to the calculated supply chain plan parameter value.
