Description

ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE-BASED GOODS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of the Internet, and in particular to an article circulation system based on electronic certificates.
Background Technology
[0002] With the breakthrough of network, communication and information technology, e-commerce came into being and developed rapidly, changing people's lives rapidly and promoting the evolution of social business form. However, since the overall economy is still free from the threshold of e-commerce, product is often placed in the physical store, or placed in a picture way in the network store, forming a "shop-based" sales model. The reputation, quality and authenticity of the purchased commodity are mainly based on factors such as the scale and reputation of the physical shops or online shops, but are hardly related to the quality of the commodity themselves and the manufacturers. For example, in real life, it is hard for people to believe that a branded product sold from a stall is genuine, so people will buy the original genuine product in a specialty store. Because the buyers are more willing to believe that the products sold in the specialty store are genuine, the traditional purchase and sale transaction mainly depends on corresponding specialty stores' sales sites for "shop-based" product transactions. Well-known stores, and even large-scale e-commerce platforms, sell fake goods that are high quality imitations. This is often disclosed and reported in newspapers and other media.
[0003] In view of this, it is necessary to design a system or device that can integrate all the real information about the commodity under the transaction, complete with transaction rules and transaction service, and create an environment that can give intelligent and independent trading of the commodity, so that the existing trading mode can be separated from the "store standard" to realize the transaction mode of "object standard". This system will create a transaction system where who sells the commodity is not the most important factor, but rather who produced the commodity is. The producer is important to protect consumers on the network by ensuring the purchased commodity is genuine, and eliminate counterfeiting in online shopping. Well-known stores, and even large-scale e-commerce platforms, can realize the benefits of direct marketing of the entire domain by affixing their own intelligent electronic transactions on the commodity.
Summary of
[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that, in view of the limitation of certain sales places in the circulation of commodities in the existing technology as Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 described above, the integration and recording mechanism of transaction information is not perfect.

Detailed Description
[0034] For a clearer understanding of the technical features, objectives and effects of the present invention, the specific examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0035] The present invention provides an article-based circulation system 100 based on an electronic certificate. The application of the electronic certificate enables the purchase of commodity or services to be 'direct purchase and sale', that is, shipping directly from the manufacturer, automatically collecting money. The source guarantees the sale of a genuine commodity, so that the transaction is more secure and reliable, using the electronic certificate to guide the movement of physical objects to provide an evidentiary basis to ensure that the purchase of the legitimate rights and interests of both parties can be achieved in E-commerce. Electronic certificates can also be applied to items not yet produced or items that are in the process of manufacturing or pre-release. Electronic certificates can improve the rate of return of funds, while avoiding the need to rely on the business reputation of third-party business platforms or online stores. The transaction-oriented supplier is the center of the transaction mode, so that items on the Internet receive autonomous, efficient circulation, to achieve intelligent transactions. The formation of the object-centric transaction mode through the system of enterprises can be expected to produce items or items already manufactured or existing services and is used to dynamically record the circulation of items. The form of electronic certificate is displayed in E-commerce to enable the enterprise to obtain an instant cash flow income with a future cash flow income. This greatly improves the liquidity problem of capital turnover, meets the financing requirements of enterprises and accelerates the development of enterprises cash flow, while promoting social and economic development.
[0036] Figure 1 is a block diagram of an article circulation system 100 based on an electronic certificate according to a first example of the present invention. As shown in Figure 1, an article circulation system 100 based on an electronic certificate includes a vendor system 1, a client Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 terminal 2 communicatively connected to the vendor system 1, and a logistics terminal 3 communicatively connected to the vendor system 1. Communication connection has the function of synchronous data or according to the actual needs, selective synchronization of data.
[0037] The vendor system 1 is used to import an article attribute including at least name and amount of money to generate an electronic certificate and to store an electronic certificate of writeable information. In practice, an electronic signature is written into the electronic certificate system by the vendor, and then the electronic certificate is published through the Internet so that the client terminal can correctly identify the electronic certificate, to ensure the authenticity of the electronic certificate.
[0038] The formation of an electronic certificate here refers to the distribution of items ready for sale to an Internet identity that circulates within the Internet.
Preferably, it is displayed in the form of an electronic certificate, and includes at least the basic attributes of the item, such as the raw materials of the item, the expiration date, and so on. Of course, the items referred to here can be specific commodities that are still being manufactured or are being manufactured or have already been manufactured, or specific services such as physiotherapy and counselling and so on.
[0039] It should also be understood that the entity that applies to generate the electronic certificate may be a manufacturer, a seller or a natural person. That is to say, the reference to manufacturer system 1 does not necessarily limit application of the disclosure to a specific manufacturer or service provider.
[0040] The client terminal 2 obtains the electronic certificate via the Internet, and after determining the purchase intention, directly writes the logistics distribution destination into the electronic certificate, and at the same time, may select preset logistics support information to determine the logistics distribution information, such as selected specific logistic sites and distribution methods, such as the 'designated logistics company', 'logistics' and so on and can deliver payment commitments according to the amount of commodity corresponding to the vendor system.
[0041] The 'commitment to pay' is understood as a temporary freezing of the credit limit (credit card) or the deposit amount (debit card) in the purchaser's account as a deposit after the purchaser and the article provider have reached the trading intent. Upon completion of the delivery of the item, the item provider will accept the payment.
[0042] Of course, the depaiftnent's 'commitment to pay' is not necessarily an individual's account. It may be a relative's, friend's or other account. For example, when a minor purchasers a commodity online, he uses his guardian's account to pay, so that the guardian can supervise the underage.
[0043] Understandably, the above-mentioned 'account' does not necessarily refer to a banking Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 institution. The 'account' can also be a third-party company such as Alipay or Fortune. The 'account' can also be a specific customer account of a specific manufacturer whereby a member account is generated at the manufacturer's place by the member, set up by the member system. The account has certain deposit amounts or credit lines, which can be used for the commodity transaction.
[0044] An alternative interpretation of 'commitment to pay' is that the purchaser directly pays the commodity provider by wire transfer, mailing, etc., and sets the delivery date.
[0045] There is also an understanding of the 'commitment to payment' that the purchaser promises to pay upon receipt of a specific item or service, which is what is commonly referred to as 'cash on delivery'. Understandably, the 'payment promise' here is also a payment arrangement, the specific form of which can be decided by the purchaser or the item provider.
[0046] After receiving the 'payment promise', the logistics terminal 3 extracts an item corresponding to the attribute of the item and directs the item to move to the destination, and delivers the receipt information to the manufacturer system 1.
[0047] Figure 2 is a flow chart of a method for distributing a commodity based on an electronic certificate provided by the present invention. The method mainly includes the following four steps:
[0048] Si: The vendor system 1 provides the configured electronic certificate template, adds the electronic signature to the electronic certificate template, and then issues the electronic certificate via the Internet. Specifically, 'issuance' here refers to writing the vendor's electronic signature in the electronic certificate.
[0049] S2: The client terminal 2 acquires the electronic certificate, and delivers a payment commitment to the manufacturer system 1, promises to pay an amount corresponding to the attribute of the article, and writes the amount to a specific delivery destination. The manufacturer system 1 receives notice after the payment commitment. The status information is also synchronized to the client terminal 2, and the logistics terminal 3 is notified to prepare for the address provided by the article owner, or the location of the article described in the electronic certificate, and extracts the address corresponding to the article attribute items.
[0050] S3: The logistics terminal 3 guides the item to move to the destination.
[0051] S4: After the manufacturer system 1 receives the receipt information of the logistics terminal 3, it will honour the promised payment amount.
[0052] Wherein, for step Si, the vendor system 1 is used to store an electronic certificate of writeable information, wherein the electronic certificate at least includes an article attribute with a name and an amount, and is further configured to issue the electronic certificate after writing optional logistics support information, as well as payment and receipt information, and in essence, is to build an electronic certificate record of all transactions.
[0053] A preferred flow of step Si is shown in Figure 3, which is a flow chart of generating and Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 issuing the electronic certificate provided by the present invention. The flow chart includes the following steps:
[0054] S101: The vendor system 1 submits the request for generating the electronic certificate.
[0055] Preferably, the seller of commodity can first finish the configuration of the commodity on the local electronic terminal, and then submit the request for generating the electronic certificate to the manufacturer system 1 again. In this way, the generated electronic certificate source file can be directly stored on the local electronic terminal without being stored in the vendor system 1, and only a connection signal to the vendor system 1 can be provided.
[0056] It is also possible to connect directly to the vendor system 1, configure the items online, and then submit a request to generate an electronic certificate. In addition, when the electronic certificate is generated online, the electronic certificate can be saved directly to the content providing server. The electronic certificate may also be generated offline, and may be stored offline in a local electronic terminal.
[0057] S102: The manufacturer system 1 returns the item seller to the configuration page according to the request.
[0058] S103: The item seller sets various label information of the electronic certificate in the configuration page, that is, sets the transaction information of the electronic certificate, which includes at least the item attributes with the name and the amount.
[0059] S104: The manufacturer system 1 generates an electronic certificate of configured item information.
[0060] S105: The manufacturer system 1 receives the issuance request of the item seller, issues an electronic certificate after writing the optional logistics support information, and delivers the electronic certificate to the manufacturer system 1.
[0061] S106: Before the item seller applies for issuance, the manufacturer system 1 returns a PID to the item seller after confirming the identity of the item seller.
[0062] The 'PID' involved here is the port ID, which is also the 'port number'. Normally, the PID consists of 8-bit port priority plus port number, the port number is low, and the default port number priority 128.
[0063] S107: The manufacturer system 1 updates the state of the electronic certificate to be issued and synchronizes the information to the seller of the item.
[0064] S108: The seller of the item chooses the method to publish the electronic certificate.
Generally, the electronic certificate is issued through a preset channel. The channel can be a link, it can be an advertisement, it can be embedded in the APP, and so on. This step may also be implemented by adding the publication port electrically connected to the seller of commodity, and the publication port is used to connect to the Internet to publish the electronic certificate.

Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02
[0065] S109: the manufacturer system 1 issues the electronic certificate according to the distribution channel.
[0066] 5110: The issued electronic certificate can be viewed by the seller of commodity or other Internet users through a terminal connected to the Internet.
[0067] With respect to step S2, the client terminal 2 in the system is used to browse and acquire the electronic certificate via the Internet, write a destination of the logistics distribution in the electronic certificate, and select the logistics support information to determine the logistics and distribution information according to the amount of the payment commitment of the commodity.
Client terminal 2 can plug-in APP and other software to achieve its functions.
After receiving the payment commitment from the client terminal 2, the vendor system 1 notifies the logistics terminal 3 to go to the location of the article and extract the article corresponding to the article attribute.
[0068] The function of the client terminal 2 is to issue a payment promise or to complete the payment. For a specific process of purchasing an electronic certificate, see Figure 4. Figure 4, the preferred flow of S2, is a flowchart of purchasing an electronic certificate by the client terminal 2 according to the present invention:
[0069] S201: The client terminal 2 selects a payment account, and may also select a platform account for the Internet to support the flow of funds, or may also be a client account with the manufacturer system 1, so as to issue a payment commitment. In general, a client chooses to login to a bank account as a payment account using an existing bank account number and password.
[0070] S202: The manufacturer system 1 verifies the user identity of the client terminal 2, and returns to the client terminal 2.
[0071] S203: The client terminal 2 submits the user identity information.
[0072] S204: The client terminal 2 confirms that the electronic certificate is made, and the manufacturer system 1 notifies the logistics terminal 3 to extract the article corresponding to the article attribute according to the received payment commitment. Whether the item provider or the buyer pays the logistics cost can be agreed upon.
[0073] S205: The manufacturer system 1 notifies the logistics terminal 3 to deliver the commodity.
[0074] S206: The manufacturer system 1 synchronizes the fulfilment information of the logistics terminal 3 to the client terminal 2.
[0075] S207: The client terminal 2 updates the fulfilment status of the electronic certificate.
[0076] With respect to step S3, the system includes a logistics terminal 3 for directing the movement of the item to a destination and delivering the receipt information to the vendor system 1.
The logistics terminal 3 is housed inside the logistics company so that the electronic certificate can be fully circulated. The logistics terminal 3 can also be implemented in the form of software such as Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 APP or plug-in. However, if the article is directed to move to the destination, the article may be delivered to the door or be delivered in other forms.
[0077] The logistics terminal 3 ensures the timely delivery of the commodity under the monitoring mode and effectively combines the circulation track of the commodity and the circulation of funds so that the rights and interests of both the buyer and the seller can be effectively protected.
[0078] The logistics terminal 3 essentially completes the delivery process.
A preferred flow of S3 is shown in Figure 5, the flowchart of the delivery of the item provided by the present invention which preferably includes the following steps:
[0079] S301: Deliver the commodity and submit the compliance information, and simultaneously update the compliance information of the manufacturer system 1.
[0080] S302: The manufacturer system 1 receives the updated performance information and returns an acknowledgement of the executed contract at the same time. The logistics company automatically synchronizes the logistics status with the manufacturer system 1, for example, 'has been received', 'has been shipped'.
[0081] S303: The electronic certificate updates the fulfilment information in the logistics terminal 3.
[0082] In order to better realize an intelligent electronic certificate, the present invention also provides for the following preferred solutions:
1) The vendor system 1 further includes a countdown module.
[0083] The countdown module is used to set countdown information for the electronic certificate, where the countdown information includes a payment countdown and / or a shipment countdown and / or a countdown due to a transaction agreement. The countdown module ensures that items are delivered on time.
[0084] The countdown that determines when the client terminal 2 will pay starts when both parties of the transaction reach the intent of the transaction using the client terminal 2. This is the payment countdown.
[0085] A shipment countdown, based on a shipment contract, is used to guarantee the timely delivery of the item or service; the shipment countdown is started when the payment is initiated.
[0086] The countdown to the arrival is the countdown to the receipt of the item and is used to guarantee the timely arrival of the item or service when the seller begins to ship.
[0087] 2) The vendor system 1 further includes an insurance module and a public authority module.
[0088] The insurance module is used to set the electronic insurance contract information for the electronic certificate. The insurance module ensures the rights and interests of both parties of the Date Recue/Date Received 2021-03-02 transaction and minimizes the losses caused by the sudden conditions affecting the transaction. The insurance module records electronic insurance contracts, not limited to specific types of insurance.
The insurance module provides a guarantee for the delivery of commodity, and pays for the loss caused by the failure of the commodity transaction, and the maximum guarantee of the interests of both parties.
[0089] The public authority module is used to write identification information and / or article ownership information and / or authentication information and / or registration information to the electronic certificate. The public authority module is complete with public authority information connection, with registration, accreditation, certification functions.
[0090] 3) The vendor system 1 further includes a rebate module.
[0091] The rebate module is used to provide the conditions under which an intermediary or agent issues a connection to an object credit certificate, from which the transaction can be matched so that the broker or agent can extract the commission.
[0092] The examples of the present invention are described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above specific examples. The foregoing specific examples are merely illustrative and not intended to limit the present invention. Many modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying drawings, all of which fall within the protection scope of the invention.
