Abstract

The present invention is applied to the field of e-commerce. Provided is an electronic transaction certificate management system, comprising: an electronic transaction certificate generator, an electronic transaction certificate database, an order management unit, a status update unit, and a central processing unit. Via the circulation on a network of electronic transaction certificates identifying the true sources of transaction targets, the present invention alters transaction models in traditional e-commerce models, said transaction models relying on third party e-commerce platforms and being centered on e-commerce. A buyer may contact and transact with a transaction target supplier directly, delivery and payment are carried out via an electronic transaction certificate, the authenticity of an article or service purchased by the buyer is ensured from the source, and e-commerce security is improved. In addition, transaction progress information is updated to the electronic transaction certificate database in a timely manner via the status update unit, so that each related party in a transaction is able to view transaction progress information of a corresponding electronic transaction certificate in a timely manner after refreshing an electronic transaction certificate page.

  3. [CLAIM 3] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system that comprises:
    electronic signature unit, is used to input the electronic signature of transaction object provider to the electronic transaction certificate generated by the electronic transaction certificate unit.
  4. [CLAIM 4] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system that comprises:
    issued unit of electronic transaction certificate, is used to verify the settlement accounts of transaction object wherein foregoing electronic transaction certificate, and input the electronic signature of the corresponding payment institution wherein the settlement accounts.
  5. [CLAIM 5] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system, wherein the central processing unit comprises the following parts:
    input module of electronic transaction certificate, is used to receive the electronic transaction certificate generated by the generating device of electronic transaction certificate, and store it wherein the electronic transaction certificate database; and distribution module of electronic transaction certificate, is used to post the stored electronic transaction certificate wherein the electronic transaction certificate database to the Internet;
    and sending module of order command, is used to receive the order command through the internet from user, and send this order command to order management unit; and synchro module of electronic transaction certificate, is used to receive the request of refreshing electronic transaction certificate's page-and acquire the updated information of electronic transaction certificate corresponding to the request of refreshing electronic transaction certificate's page from foregoing electronic transaction certificate database, and send to the Internet.
  6. [CLAIM 6] The system according to claim 5, characterized in the system, wherein the central processing unit comprises:
    encrypted module of electronic transaction certificate, is used to encrypt the electronic transaction certificate or updated electronic transaction certificate before posting on the Internet.
  7. [CLAIM 7] The system according to claim 5, characterized in the system, wherein the distribution module of electronic transaction unit comprises:
    customized distribution submodule, is used to post the electronic transaction certificate on the Internet according to the customized distribution strategy or the third-party demand.
  8. [CLAIM 8] The system according to claim 2, characterized in the system, wherein the payment module comprises:
    frozen payment submodule, is used to receive the payment request from buyer, and freeze the amount of money wherein the buyer's account according to the amount of money wherein the payment request. The frozen amount of money would be transferred to the settlement account of transaction object provider when buyer's confirmation message is received.
  9. [CLAIM 9] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system, wherein the electronic transaction certificate comprises:
    interactive graphics objects and order command information corresponding to the interactive graphics objects.
  10. [CLAIM 10] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system, wherein the electronic transaction certificate comprises insurance attributes.
  11. [CLAIM 11] The system according to claim 1, characterized in the system, wherein the electronic transaction certificate can be distributed to following kinds of forms on the Internet:
    an URL (Uniform Resource Locator) link address of the stored electronic transaction certificate; and data of the stored electronic transaction certificate; and the file bound to electronic transaction certificate; and built-in the specific application.
